DONT ORDER HERE!!!! Wrong order and horrible service! I work with a company that always has events catered by this location so I decided to place an order. I was very clear and specific when placing my order, I asked for eggplant sandwich with sharp provolone and broccoli rabe WITHOUT red pepper, told person on phone I've had the sandwich before (@ our catered events) and even though I like hot food they put way too much red pepper seeds on the sandwich, so NO pepper please but I will take sweet peppers on the side. I get there 40 mins later when they tell me it will take 30 mins and still wait for my sandwich upon arrival. Then when quoted for this sandwich by the cashier it seemed high, she said oh that's cus they charged you for peppers on side, she took it off and when I got back to work to eat my sandwich it not only was covered in hot red pepper seeds it had peppers I asked for on side on sandwich. I called and acknowledge the uneatable sand which and the same manager said oh the red pepper seeds come pre mixed with red pepper, so of course I said then they should of told me that and I wouldn't of ordered. Since I'm a vegetarian there weren't any other options for me but I said ok replace it with another menu sandwich and I'll give it to my co worker. She said ok 30 min. My co worker went their an hr and a half after the 2nd order and he said they seemed confused bout the order and didn't even make the sandwich yet so he just left. I called today and asked for refund and they after 5 calls back and forth they tell me the owner said he won't refund it. I'll be disputing this purchase with my bank and spending my $ and have events catered by a better an more authentic Italian sandwich shop down the street called Slacks! Slacks is fast and friendly family owned business that makes real Italian food and not this over priced junk they pre make and...
Read moreOrdered from here to watch the game and enjoy family time . My mom ordered and I picked up. Only to find a long strand of brown hair laying right on top of my mothers sandwich . She took it back and asked would there be any accommodation since it was a 30 min ride to bring it back. They simply replied no and remade her sandwich without washing hands . All 3 employees hand long hair and wore no hair nets ! Disgusting, complete health violation.frustrated with my mothered return of no accommodation, I called and asked why they're weren't any accommodation and the manager explained it just wasn't there policy and we should be glad we received it . She apologized and said that's all she can do but after said she's most certain that's nobody's hair in her establishment. furious I asked her what made her think that long of a strand could come from any of us based upon how our hair was styled. She said that's all she can do. And hung up. We ended up going back again (just off of principle) returning all the food due to our loss of appetites and the rude accusatory statements . I no longer even wanted my food. During the exchange of the refund I assume there was a shift change another manager had a back and fourth dialogue with my mothers inferring again that we we're lying his direct words "the manager never said it was your hair, I was standing right here" I intervened saying she inferred it by saying it was no one's hair . I asked, if she said the strand of hair didn't belong to and of you, then what was she saying ? He laughed and said I guess...
Read moreMy mother placed an order one week before the big wind storm that knocked out power across the area. She paid in advance and made the order online. There's specific directions to call a number if any changes to an online order would be made. It just so happens to be the number with the answering machine that says don't leave a message because they don't check the machine, but leave a message...So the day after the storm she tried calling because she wanted her order, but understood that there was an electrical problem in the area. She already paid and the order was scheduled to be picked up at open so really, the sandwiches should have already been made (she got a super deluxe btw so it's not like it was just one sandwich) so it should have been go in, get your tray and leave. No need for the computers or registers. Well, the store was closed. Regardless of power or not, there were no phone calls put out to say "My apologies, we lost power and cannot fulfill your order, we will refund you when the power comes back" or anything like that. We drove to the store twice, it was closed, she called maybe 4 times over the course of the weekend, no answer, no returned call. Finally, she called VISA and had them stop payment on the order. She never received a call to apologize for the inconvenience or to even inquire why she never picked up her order. It seems according to the other reviewers that this Primo isn't worth your time or energy. I have been to other locations that are top notch and this one is not...
