So on Friday 7/14/17 I went and bought a laptop charger which is like 65.00 I paid cash for it asked about return policy just in case. Well was told 14 days with receipt. Went home plugged cord in found out it was my laptop charger port that's going bad so I didn't need the cord. So on Saturday I go to the store and try to return the item. I'm told that they can't give me a cash refund it has to go on a credit/debit card which I don't have or a check. I was like um I paid you guys cash so the guy calls the manager and I'm told to leave the product and receipt and my name and number and the manager would call me when he got in that day. Friday night I still have not heard anything by time I got up the store was closed since I work night shift. So I call on Sunday and the Manger was not coming in till noon so I call at noon and the Manager tells me he has to contact his boss and find out how long till I get my money back he said I might have to wait for his boss to cut me a check on Monday and not get it till Tuesday and he would call and let me know. Its Sunday night and I still have no clue what's going on and I'm really tired of the run around. This is my money they are playing around with and they have the product as well even though I thought it was weird I still went ahead and did what was asked of me. Read moreI purchased an auto battery online that was listed as in stock. I was supposed to receive an email when it was ready. 3 hours later I hadn't received any email. So, I tried to call the store and the options kept circling and circling so no one every answered the phone. Finally, I went into the store. I asked if they stocked auto batteries. The clerk said, "yes" and asked me what I needed. I said that I wanted to pick up the battery that I ordered online but never received an email that it was ready. I gave him my receipt. I also mentioned that no one answered the phone. His reply was "He was the only person in the store." What did that have to do with the fact that he didn't answer the phone? He went in the back to get the battery then said, "I don't have good news. We don't have it in stock." Update your online stock listing!!!!! No apology from him. Just "Have a good day." I said I would never be back. I went up the street and purchased one at O'Reilly's. Terrible customer service!!!!!!!!! Don't waste your time with this store.

Read moreTook an iPhone in today to get the screen repaired. The man rolled his eyes so hard it looked like it hurt! I asked him what was wrong and he lost it. Stating he had to be here in -4 degree weather and didn't have any customers for 4 hours and now that he wants to leave everybody decides to come in. He said many other things as he was shaking and typing my information in very hard on the keyboard! As my paperwork printed out I asked if he would rather me come on a different day and he responds with "no I have to be here anyway"! I signed the paperwork and asked if it would be done today. He says yeah that's why I took your phone number! Well 5 hours later with no answer when calling we went to check. My boyfriend walked in to an unlocked shop only to set the alarm off with absolutely nobody in the store! This man scared me so bad when I dropped off the phone that I didn't want to even ask him how long it would take. I shouldn't have even trusted him to do the service! He lied to me and left my belongings in an unlocked shop for someone to steal! I'm waiting to see what happens next! God awful and scary...
