So I've worn redwing for years. Vasques, Irish Setters to a standard 6 inch boot. All have lasted a long time. Today at the Springfield, Ohio location, I experienced a whole new level of professionalism. Kaden (sales clerk) asked me how my current pair was wearing and more importantly, made suggestions to help me understand how the boot should feel on my foot. After adding various tips, helped me settle on a pair that fit how boots should fit. Never buying cheaply made brands again. Thanks again Kaden

I started a new job that required SD shoes. I got a list of locations from HR and started in Wilmington. I was so disappointed. I know I need proper shoes, but I'm still a girl at heart in an old womans body. I live near Springfield so I checked out the Bechtle store.

Let me tell you, the young ladies in there go the extra mile for you with an honest smile. Absolutely awesome customer service and genuine conversation and care.
