Taco Bell — Restaurant in Springfield

We go out our way clear cross town to go to this taco bell it was the worse experience I have ever had at any of them. The cashier holding up the line talking about working at Walmart how she may or may not ever work there again. Then when it is our turn she wants to correct my order when she was wrong then proceeded to roll her eyes and act very unprofessional. Then when we got our meal she did not give us all of our cups then tried to give wrong size as I tried to explain to her that it was the wrong size she was short and I waited paciently to explain this all she had for me was attitude. Then I was like excuse me there is only carbonation coming out of the pop i wanted and acted like I was a idiot. Then my kids did not like what they ordered so I went back up to buy additional food she looked at me and started to sweep the floor like I was not there the only reason she came back up is cause someone else came into order. I guess she didn't want to be rude. O did I forget to mention they had to remake some of our order due to wilted lettuce which happen not the first to complain about it. I was very sad I love Taco Bell but the last few times I have been there the food was put together with very poor quality very little ingredients on everything I wish I would have took a picture of this Mexican pizza that they had gave me and when I asked the employee if they could fix it or maybe make me another one she got very rude with me it was basically 2 round shells with a scoop of beans in the middle of it with a shell on top in a pinch of cheese 3 tomatoes literally 3 tomatoes on the top I was basically eating shell I was very disappointed I not it only it was done like that the whole order was. I came through the drive-thru because the inside stores were closed I live out in the county it is a long ride to that Taco Bell so you can imagine how disappointed I was when I got there to spend the money I work for on food to feed my family that was basically thrown together and couldn't hardly eat it this was the Taco Bell on North Bechtle Avenue in Springfield I don't know what happened but they used to be the best I pray they fix it...

Well I would call and speak to the manager about tonight's unpleasant meal but seems there is an issue with their phone, every time I call there's loud static. Thanks didn't need my eardrum at all. Ordered 2 nacho fries bell grande's tiny portions of limp dead fries, min slop of toppings, 4 of the other 6 items ordered not there. Have attempted 6 times to call now and get this loud static in my ear, no actual response. This store was mediocre but has gone down hill in the last few months. Guess I'm going to have to go to the competing Taco Bell Franchise far away from my house they are a bit more decent. And seriously why do I put my card in a cup to be handled by the cashier then have to pull it out of the cup? All this is doing is spreading germs from every other card put in that cup for who knows how many days.
