Yes I was there! I witnessed this horrible treatment of one of their managers, so Yes I'm writing this review because I WAS a customer of Leslie 's Pool Supply. So stop trying to have my review removed Leslie Pools because I promise you I've got time and I will keep re posting my review every single time you get it removed using the pretense that I'm not a customer!!! YES I WAS, but never again!!! I will NEVER spend another cent with them! Leslie's Pool Supply - Rt 22 in Springfield NJ should be absolutely ashamed of itself. I've seen a lot of stuff in my life but kicking someone when they are already down is never okay and I sure will never spend my money here again and I strongly urge the rest of you not to either! There is a young lady who was a manager here at the Springfield NJ location. Her name is LaRae. Her apartment caught fire a week ago (on 6/20 and on her birthday no less), and she lost everything, Including both her dogs. She almost lost her life trying to go back in the burning apartment to try and save them. She is burned and mentally a mess with the loss. Do you know this company had the nerve to fire her 4 days after the fire. Not because of anything SHE did. They fired her because another customer called corporate to complain that LaRae's district manager was being rude to LaRae and threatened to "write her up" in front of them. I don't know if the way he spoke to her was because she is a female or if it's because she is a black female but clearly he had some type of power tripping complex and thought he could speak reckless and demeaning to her! All the customers love LaRae and because one of her regulars complained about her district managers treatment of her they fired HER stating that she must have told that customer "company business"..... Unbelievable!!!! Leslie Pools your days are numbered! I will post my rant everywhere I possibly can! You should be ashamed of yourself!!! ย ย ย Read moreTim the store manager is doing a good job but I wish I could say the same for there service department they were to install a chlorine generator almost two weeks ago but when the technician arrived he advised me he needed some parts , this was on a Tuesday the parts came in the following Monday but the earliest appointment they could give me is Today , Friday between 12 to 5 the technician showed up at 3 but as it was due to rain so he advised he could not install the part the next appointment they could give me is NEXT Thursday, needless to say I am NOT a happy camper ๐๐๐๐
Leslie pool finally showed up yesterday and the service was great they even came in $200 under there quote I guess some things are worth waiting for...
