When I entered I was greeted by 2 women Melissa and Haylee with welcoming smiles and happy to see and help me. Besides the warmest welcome their customer service was above and beyond what I have experienced at a smoke shop, their kindness and patience with making sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and dedication to making sure I was happy was an unbelievable experice.Their store was clean and displayed neatly.They even have a loyalty program that I signed up for that will save me money on my purchaces. Very friendly and has everything I’d need. Love going there when ever I can plus the mystery bags they have is amazing I bought two one time then went back and bought one of the medium size bags and was not disappointed. And the products they have are very nice and easy to find too.
