This place has always come in clutch for me for prom way back in the day, the day I proposed to my wife, the time I was in New Jersey for my wife’s birthday and they had it delivered on time to her house in Springville! I don’t usually give reviews but I saw the one star review and I completely disagree with them. It sounded like they tried to call her twice and the husband should have given them his number to keep it a surprise. He would have answered and explained again how to get to her office if he wanted it to remain a secret. I understand the frustration but I don’t think a 1 star is valid or the accusation of being fishy because it sounded like they did try! They have always been genuine and nice to me and everyone else I’ve seen walk in there and have helped me a lot! They will always be the flower...

Definitely do not come here. I I love to support local but the lady working was just terrible. My little one asked for purple flowers and she brought out pink. My girl said “that’s pink.” The last replied “To each their own.” So then my daughter picked out purple flowers on her own. At the check out I asked the florist what color the flowers are? She said purple. Exactly. Purple not pink! Anyway, rude, cold, lady that was unwilling to show us the flowers she had in the “ back cooler.” Because the front cooler was bare. I wanted to see what more she had, she just said “there’s a lot more in the back. Tell me what you want.” I said I want to see. She refused. Also over priced for the poor selection. I called yesterday for help with an arrangement for a funeral service the following morning. I was worried the arrangement wouldn't arrive in time. Other places I had looked at online couldn't guarantee delivery on time. On a whim, I thought I'd call a local shop. Kelly helped me, she was so lovely and kind. She quickly helped me decide on what to send that would be cohesive with the other arrangements headed to the funeral home the following morning.
