On Thursday September 16, 2021, I ordered four pizza's, for my first delivery, from the Springville store (for my son's birthday party). We had no problems with the delivery but when getting the pizza's, we didn’t receive the correct order. We received an extra cheaper classic Pepperoni rather than the more expensive Calzony CHZ (Cheese) pizza. We called the store 8 times and they didn't pick up the phone probably because that they were busy. I went to the store and waited for 15 minutes to explain to a male worker of what had happened. During that time there were multiple customers waiting and some of them had issues with their orders also. One customer that waited for more than an hour for his order and then decided to cancel his order. When I finally got to able to speak with one of the male workers, I explained the situation to him. He stated to me that in order to get the Calzony CHZ (Cheese) pizza, which was ordered, he wanted me to go back to my home to bring back the extra Classic Pepperoni pizza to the store. I said no because the order was NOT correct and needed to have the correct pizza (and the pizza's are now cold while my family and birthday party guests are hungry). I was explaining to him that if I wouldn't receive the Calzony CHZ (Cheese) pizza to refund me the difference. When I was talking to him he got very flustered, angry, rude, inconsiderate, disrespectful and left the counter, to go the back, while I was talking to him. A couple of minutes later, he came back and gave me a pizza. I opened the pizza box to make sure that it was the correct Calzony (CHZ) Cheese pizza and it was. He then said to me that not to worry about bringing back the extra Classic Pepperoni pizza and then moved on to the next customer. I left and went back home and found out the Calzony (CHZ) Cheese Pizza was cold and greasy! The male worker was not "Customer Friendly" and has no customer service skills because of what was observed and what I and other customers went through during that time. Every time that we have gotten pizza from the Springville store, there have been problems and issues. We thought to order pizzas through delivery, so to try it, since that we have picked it up pizza’s every time and had problems. The delivery was fast but NOT the "Customer Service" as the store always has problems and issues with something or another every time. Little Caesars is my son's favorite pizza but getting pizza for his birthday party, it is a Major let down for my family, birthday guest and especially for him. The Springville store needs to make corrective changes to get the store...
Read moreThe worst customer service for the worst pizza in town. Last week I was given a $20 gift card to Little Caesars'. You aren't able to redeem gift cards online (lame) so I went into my local shop to use it.
After placing my order I tried to use the gift card. The reader just kept saying "card failed." I asked the cashier for help and he said "I don't know. Trying tapping it or inserting. Other people can get it to work. Just figure it out." His tone was so rude. I tried tapping and inserting but the gift card doesn't have a chip on it, so those modes didn't work (duh). Kept trying to swipe and it just didn't work. I asked if they could enter the card manually, and the cashier just said "I've told you all I know about how to get it to work. Just figure it out." Thanks buddy. So helpful.
The cashier then says "Maybe it's expired. Or maybe there's no money on it." I told him that I just received the card last week, and that it has $20 on it. His reply was "No. Our gift cards only ever have $10 on them, or they are empty. If it's not working it's because it's empty or expired." How can it be true that you can't request $20 on a gift card? I tried checking my gift card balance online, but of course that part of the Little Caesars website doesn't even work!
I asked if there was anyone else working who could help with my gift card, and the cashier said "Look, I've already told you all the ways you can get it to work. You just have to figure it out. Other people can figure it out." He was so snippy and condescending, without being helpful at all. I ended up just cancelling my order because the cashier was so condescending and rude to me, and I wasn't going to be treated like that just for the crappiest pizza in town.
If you live in Springville choose any other place for pizza. Choose Zubs or Two Jacks or Slice of NY. If you like chain places, choose Pier 49-- the owners are SO nice and the pizza is delicious. Heck, choose Papa Johns or Dominos or even Pizza Hut. I promise you'll still get treated better and have better...
Read moreTo be honest, I understand Covid-19 has put strain on all businesses, but I think if Little Ceasers management would take the time to actually train and lay their employees more they would have higher success.
Even before the pandemic I have had several mix ups in orders and deliver.
I have met countless upset customers crammed into your little waiting area. The turn over is obvious as new employees are constantly arriving. Pay for people that want to actually stick around. Don't be cheap. It's costing you business.
Also, order a decent web team and app teM. Your website is down at least 20 percent of the time and doesn't list some of your products you sale.
My advise, ditch door dash and hire your own delivery drivers. Door dash drivers are out smoking outside while waiting by their junker cars just this past weekend. I've had to wait up to 3 hours for my pizza to be delivered. Their customer service/lack of is making your business look bad. Broker out a different company.
All easy problems to solve, but it seems whomever owns this franchise just doesn't seem to care about the location and updating it or staking care of it's employees. It has been the same for the past two decades with.
I choose to order theirs because of the five buck pepperoni pizza which sometimes I get lucky if I order 4 hours ahead.
I will change my review once I see improvement. This store has been around for a few decades with no upgrades and no pride in its cleanliness or training of it's staff which is over worked.
Other locations are up to date, professional, prompt and gave happy customers coming in and out...
