Men's Wearhouse — Local services in St. Cloud

The St. Cloud location is terrible. I went in to try on my suit for a wedding this weekend. My shoes were a size and a half bigger than I wear and ordered, I was told they wouldn't be able to do much about that, I just said that is okay I can deal with it. The jacket was 2-3 inches too long and the pants were 3 inches short. No problem, I was told come back in 20 minutes. I came back 20 minutes later and waited another 20 minutes to be helped. I tried the jacket on it fit good enough, but the pants were now 4 inches too long. I was told to wait 5 minutes. 15 minutes later my pants were good to go. I spent an hour and 45 minutes there. Every single person in our wedding party has had their suit fit extremely poor. Multiple people have had their jackets and/or shirts be either 2 sizes too small or 2 sizes too big.

While I was in for the almost 2 hours every other person that came in to try their wedding suits on had the same problems. One guy had his shoes a few sizes too small, his shirt sleeves 3 inches short and his jacket a size too small and the sleeves 4-5 inches short. Every single person had multiple issues.

The staff just seems uneducated. Two of the three were dressed very poorly in over sized clothes and just didn't look professional. At the bare minimum staff should being wearing properly fitting dress pants and shirts. They also seem to have no clue on how suits should fit. If a customer is used to wearing a suit and they say it should fit like this or that, that should be taken into account.

If I could rate at 0 stars I would. This whole company seems extremely disorganized, but this location takes the cake. The grooms pants were over an inch short, a groomsmen shirt about 2" loose around the neck and the 6 yo ring bearer was sent a shirt that would barely fit a 3 yo. Well, they sent new pants and groomsmen shirt (ring bearer mother just bought a shirt from another company). The shirt was right, but the instead of them adding an inch to the grooms pants, they took an inch off!! When dropping the clothing off we talked to Chad, couldn't tell you his last name or what his position was because he never introduced himself only know his first name because the original person helping us asked for him to come to the front. Well, I tried explaining to Chad what had happened. This gentlemen proceeded to interrupt me multiple times by raising his voice and stepping towards me aggressively telling me we should talk in the back. So I followed him, he then proceeded to tell me it was my fault the pants were too short because I didn't come pick them up even the the store we went through in Tx told us ANYONE could pick them up. He called me a liar and shouted in my face that I need to leave immediately. I was the groom and had to wear high water pants to my wedding and then got yelled at when I complained about the service! I’d truly give a 0 star if it was an option, went in looking for a suit or tux for my fiancé for our wedding we walk in, no ones to be found we walk around a little look at things that catch our eyes, 5 minutes past still no one, I start saying hello? That got someone’s attention as 2 men walk out from the back, they give a small greet and ask how they could help, I state we’re looking for a suit or tux for him to wear, they say well it’s over here, I say okay… they ask if we knew his measurements we state no we don’t, they take one measurement and try a jacket on and it doesn’t fit… so he grabs a different size jacket fits a little better.. I asked about renting and he cops a little attitude about it… just asking about all our options. I then ask if they have any jackets with out any shoulder pads and he says they don’t have any his jacket just got bunched up in the shoulders as I’m actively feeling different jackets shoulders and they have padding. So we walked out unpleased with the service we received. Instead we went to knights of Chamber and had amazing and top notch customer service from knights of Chamber in the mall across from scheels, I would avoid men’s warehouse...
