Ordered customized Winter Classic jerseys on Sept. 11th and was told that the process would take 3-6 weeks..... it is now over 3 months later and they can't confirm a solid delivery date. They shouldn't have even sold customized jerseys as an option if they had no way to deliver in a reasonable amount of time. I was planning to wear this jersey to the Winter Classic in Minneapolis but I'm not convinced it will be delivered in time.
Updating as of 12/16/2021 - Still no confirmed delivery date but more promises of "some time this week", which is now approaching 3 days ago. I recommend that anyone reading this review that is in the same position file a complaint with the BBB to try to aid in reasonable satisfaction. VP of hospitality Bruce Kraus is now deeming that the custom jerseys sold were a "Pre-Order". However, all social media and advertisements said they would be available "in-store and online", on 9/11. Also, the Twitter advertisement from STL Authentics still has a picture up from 9/10 stating, "They're here and they're perfect!" I don't think that the average consumer would take that to mean that they would order something that still hasn't even shipped for 100 days.
Update as of 12/23/2021: I received my jerseys after i ordered them on 9/11/2021. I want to be sure to tell you thanks for the crooked stitching. So, you decided to do felt letters instead of plating like every other jersey in creation and then you blame the felt lettering for YOUR delays; then finish it off with a crooked- late delivery.
I'll never buy anything from your shop again and will go out of my way to make sure no one else does...

I was able to locate the items I ordered elsewhere several months after I ordered with STL Authentics and just wanted to cancel my order. When I finally got in touch with someone, they told me the order shipped. I pointed out the tracking number indicated the label was created but never shipped. They said they would credit my card and later that day received a partial credit. Got in touch with them again after several attempts and told them a $27 refund didnāt quite cover a Jersey and patch. They finally got it right. Iāve seen several things Iād love to order but wonāt. Doesnāt look like things have changed. Recent complaints are identical to mine. I placed an order online, received a shipping notification, and have not received the merchandise. The tracking number that was provided shows ālabel createdā and no additional shipping details. Iāve sent several emails with no response. Ive called and am unable to leave a message as the āmailbox is fullā. I guess my next move is to drive to Enterprise and go into the store I see if they have any of the merchandise I ordered in stock. Itās unfortunate that fans want to show the pride they have in their team and the store isnāt providing the kind of service we deserve. Thereās no excuse for sending out shipping notifications without shipping products, not responding to emails, or taking phone calls. Not sure who runs the business but itās not a good look for Enterprise...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI suspect this place is great to walk into. I however live in the Northeast and cannot walk in. I ordered beer glasses and a Jersey, with a players name. The jersey was very clear this would take a few weeks, not sure of the exact time.
I received a notification the order had shipped. After 2 days of tracking the order it was indicating ready fornpick up. I emailed them and never received a reply. I did try to call the number online but cannot get anyone to answer. I have no idea where the order is or when I will get it.
The good news is they have taken the money from my account. The bad news is I don't have what I paid for, cannot get in touch with the company and have no clue when it may arrive.
My issue isn't there was a mishap. My issue is I cannot get in touch with anybody. This is a poor experience trying to have a problem addressed.
I personally would not order from here again.

In the last couple days I was able to get in contact with someone. I have had multiple people reach out to me about the issues I expressed. My complaint was that I wasn't getting a response, and they have responded well. They were transparent about some issues they experienced and are working to correct them.
I cannot ask for more than that. Things happen and I feel they are responding.
If I am going to complain on a public forum, I should also comment when they...
