Arrived at the station after a 3 hr flight to catch greyhound, wanted a bite to eat, the guy working the counter was determined to not do his job. He was turning away customers as well as taking forever to get the drink I purchased, I literally almost missed my bus because of this guy. People travel far and wide to come here and want a bite to eat in the middle of the night, he literally ruined my travel experience. Though he was working by himself, as a restaurant person I would have expected better service. You don't just reject customers to "stock" and talk to friends that come to visit ignoring travelers. There was a man on the phone that walked past the front were I could see him but he didn't acknowledge me or ask me to wait a moment until he finished his call. Then a lady came from the back area, looked at me and kept doing whatever it was she was doing. A man in the lobby yelled back to her that I was waiting and she yelled back "We are closed!"
