Very enjoyable stay. The staff was top notch and friendly. My room was very clean and comfortable. Bed, pillows, sheets, everything nice and clean. The room had a nice fridge, coffee/tea maker, and accompanying set up. A nice armoire for hanging cloths, an iron and ironing board. Comfortable seating with a side table. In the bathroom there were plenty of towels and wash rags, tissue, and extra toilet paper. Bathroom was clean and comfortable. In the shower was an amply supplied dispenser with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Very convenient. The bathroom also had a hairdryer. Every morning between 6 and 9 Am they serve a hot breakfast. Plenty of food, and a good variety. Coffee, and tea are available 24 hours in the lobby area which is very nice. In the evenings between 5:30 and 7:00 PM every day they have a hot meal available for free. It's a nice variety, with a different entree each night, salad, soups, hot dogs, nachos, plenty to choose from for a snack or a meal. Also during these evening events each quest is entitled to 3 free adult beverages at the bar. They have a menu of mixed drinks, beer or wine you can choose from. The hotel has a nice indoor pool and hot tub, but I did not take advantage of these facilities. They have an office and workout room as well, but I did not use them. In the lobby they have a small pantry available for guests where you can buy a variety of snacks and beverages if you like. There is a restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel called Lombardos. The service there was excellent, as well as the food. I had the grilled rainbow trout with mixed vegetables and it could not have been prepared or tasted any better than it was. Very pleasant meal. The hotel also has it's own secured parking garage, so parking is easy. The local St. Louis Police Department has an office on the first floor of the hotel, so there was usually an officer inside or outside most times. The hotel is in a nice location with numerous restaurants, bars, and attractions in easy walking distance. The hotel has a very safe and comfortable vibe to it. The price was reasonable, and you get a lot of bang for your buck. I look forward to staying there again when ever...
Read moreOkay, after checking into this place only after a couple hours I couldn't understand why they didn't have a full five stars So I'm leaving a review. First off my wallet was stolen so I didn't have a real ID and I'm on a layover for a bus but I was able to check in here with only a paper copy of my ID and a photo of the real one. I've never heard of hotels letting people stay without the hard copy of an ID so that was really cool of them. Plus they don't do check-ins till 3:00. But my room was ready at 2:30 and I was able to check in. The staff were super friendly and answered all my questions before I could ask them. They were very helpful. Plus place has free drinks mixed drinks during happy hour. That's awesome and free dinner that's great. Not to mention the TV and Wi-Fi worked good enough for me to hook my PlayStation up to and play call of duty which I rarely get in any hotels. Always a slow Wi-Fi but not here. And there's a very cool indoor pool and hot tub. Also the place kind of reminds me of the hotel from Stephen King's The shining but without all the scary stuff ,The outside building and the inside lobbies and hallways are very classic, yet the rooms are very spacious and modern and very extremely clean. I would swear almost everything was brand new in my room ,I haven't tried their dinner yet, but it could be the worst dinner in the world and I would still say this place deserves five stars and I highly doubt their dinner is going to be horrible but its great hotel totally under rated Oh and did I mention there's a Ferris wheel 100 ft away from the place the St Louis wheel Plus a whole lot of other stuff for families to do not only 100 ft away. As far as the price, I paid 175 on a Sunday night two days before 4th of July it's a little expensive than I normally go, but totally worth every dollar. This place could actually charge more. I've paid more for rooms that were not as nice as this so i can't complain about the price All in all for sure it's a...

I can't express enough gratitude for the outstanding service we received during our stay at the Drury Union Station. We were in a difficult situation, as my daughter needed surgery on short notice at St. Louis Children's Hospital. I called the 800 number on 07/29 and spoke with Debbie, who was incredibly understanding and helpful. Despite the busy time, possibly due to a ball game, Debbie managed to find us a room at a fantastic rate thanks to a hospital-related promo.
Upon arrival, Fallon at the front desk welcomed us warmly. She had everything ready for us, including a parking voucher, and went above and beyond by ensuring we could have breakfast before our early departure. She even mentioned working a double shift and promised to make sure there were options available for us. True to her word, at 5:45 a.m., we found a delicious spread of hot food waiting, much to our delight and relief.
Our room was immaculate, with a lovely view of the nearby Ferris wheel. A thoughtful note from Hope offered assistance, adding a personal touch to our stay. The entire experience was made even more special by the kindness of the staff, especially during checkout when another staff member expressed genuine concern and wished our daughter well for her surgery.
This isn't the first time we've experienced such wonderful service at a Drury hotel in St. Louis, and it certainly won't be the last. The staff's attentiveness, empathy, and excellent communication made a stressful time much easier for our family. We may not have been able to show our appreciation through gratuities, but I hope this review conveys just how grateful we are for the exceptional care and kindness we received. Thank you, Drury Union Station, for making our stay comfortable and memorable during a...
