USCIS St. Louis Field Office — Local services in St. Louis

While I'm not a fan of USCIS as a whole, this particular field office is awesome. They were really quick with our case when they got a hold of it, and the officers I've dealt with here and those around us seem to really take everyone's individual needs into account when dealing with them. For example, we were there today and I overheard one officer tell a couple who had come really far from somewhere that they were going to try to do whatever they could to make it so they didn't have to make the long drive back there. Those words exact. Definitely never saw anything like that in two other field offices my wife and I dealt with. First government agency I've dealt with that even cares about things like that. And even though we live in South St. Louis County, when we had to have an appointment rescheduled through no fault of our own, the officer was very apologetic. I had an appointment here to address a concern with my wife’s green card and I had the pleasure of being assisted by a woman named Samantha. I believe she might have been rather new since she mentioned something about training but she was absolutely fantastic! Samantha went above and beyond to address our concerns and even took the time to correct issues that we didn’t know we had, and were unrelated to our appointment. As soon as she pulled up our file, she identified each individual problem that we had and quickly fixed them. After nearly 6 months of being in limbo, Samantha resolved everything in a matter of minutes! Amazing staff , kudos to the whole Field Office members. I had an bio metrics appointment for my family in different state, however we visited St. Louis field office to check if they can allow us and process the Biometrics, USCIS filed office staff not only allowed us to the office premises but also processed our Biometrics , moreover treated us so courteously .
