Moved to the St Michaels area in Maryland and could not be happier. The people in this area are the most hospitable people we have ever met, and we have lived in many places. We also have been great patrons to all the local businesses and contractors. Again, cannot believe how nice the business owners are but also the level of professionalism. Unfortunately, today I finally encountered what is not going well in this country and that is lack of respect and unwillingness to work together. I might expect that to come from an employer of a business but not the owner of a business. I brought back a damaged item and was not treated properly. I let the store keep the item without anything in exchange. It was more important for the owner to be right and disrespectful to me than to collaborate with me, the customer, to create a long-term...
