We never once felt rushed, and he took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for- even when we weren’t entirely sure ourselves at first! He walked us through different options, educating us along the way without ever being pushy. What really stood out was how willing they were to bring in a variety of stones and settings so we could see exactly how different combinations looked and felt in person. That flexibility and transparency made all the difference in helping us feel confident in our final choice. In the end, we found a ring that exceeded our expectations- and we genuinely enjoyed the journey of creating it. If I could give Marcos Jewelers 100 stars I would - I came in here this week after having a terrible experience at Nordstrom SONO to get links taken out of my Fendi watch. After Nordstrom told me to go to Kohls to get the watch adjusted (even though I paid at lot for it AT Nordstrom), I stopped in here because it was near my house.

They are the most pleasant people. They helped me decide how many links to have taken out and had it done within 10 minutes while I waited. I also needed my wedding ring appraised for insurance and Andrew was able to do it for me within just a couple days. I appreciate their hard work as a small business and they have earned my trust and confidence as a customer...

Went in and inquired about two watches and also wanted to see if they can replicate my favorite earring! I recieved wonderful customer service some quotes and also a business card! I leave Togo to L.A Fitness literally five steps away and five minutes after I left L.A fitness I was pulled over and was told that Marco Jewelers called the police on me because they were afraid and didn't know what I wanted? I am at a loss of words because everything was pleasant when I was at the location so I don't understand why. I leave that answer up to anyone who reads this...
