This Robeks location is poorly run as an establishment in general and compared to the other Robeks in Stamford (High Ridge location). This location is close to my home and has late hours (closes at 9 and opposed to 6 for the High Ridge location) so I have attempted to order from them with limited success. Reoccurring issues are as follows:
Awful!! Sad it's close to home. Cold service team. I spilled my regular size smoothie ALL OVER me because the top was not sealed all the way. I stood there and received NO attention except that they make another one and put it on the counter as if NOTHING happened! NO ONE HELPED me. The other customers were just amazed....no one came to clean up...the server DID NOT EVEN SAY "I'm Sorry" or "can I help you". No one acknowledged me PERIOD! (of course minus the new smoothie coldly placed on the counter for me). I cleaned up as much as I could, sincerely it was everywhere, even in and on my jacket and pocketbook, let alone my clothes chest down. Before leaving and waiting long enough to give the server or some other staff to say something..I addressed the server and told him, "unfortunately it's you today... that this came to happen. You do understand what just happened (server - blank face). Not even an I'm sorry or may I help...seriously is that the way this business operates..." Server, finally.."uuuu...uuuu...I don't know...yeah well...blah..blah..??It's my first day???" AND YET NOT ONE of his team servers came to help him out or me!!! I immediately got home and put my things to wash minus my $480 pocketbook! The loose goope came off course but the clothes are completely ruined..all discolored & spotted! I somewhat saved my pocketbook. JUST REALLY DISAPPOINTED! :

Their food is good in the store but twice we have tried ordering online and they have forgotten drinks (one drink for one order and three for another!) When I called to complain and ask them to bring the forgotten items (per the manager they were never made, not forgotten by the driver) I was told they cannot refund me and cannot deliver missed items. I was told they would make it and we could come pick it up but it might be a while because "they were very busy". I explained both times that we order a large order from a work place where we cannot leave in the middle of a shift but they didn't care and were not concerned that we were charged for items they couldn't provide. Just don't order because they will mess up, not refund you, and are rude...
