Wow! I just don't have enough things to say.

I booked my brothers 30th birthday party a few weeks ago. There was some miscommunication and Brett / Francine went out of their way to still accommodate us and our large party. The whole process was effortless. I showed up tonight 45 minutes ahead of time and from the second we walked in the door everyone was soooooo nice and just lovely. I wish I remembered the employees names - Jerry? And another man and woman who helped us and explained the rules, etc... one of the owners was there as well and they were so patient with us cleaning up ( a big group of 20 ish of us) and instead of showing any sign of frustration or longing to go home (it was 10pm) he brought us out Tupperware and tinfoil to wrap or food and send everyone home with it! 10/10 experience and will absolutely be back and spreading the good word. Beware – Hidden Fees and Poor Service

I strongly advise caution if you’re considering hosting an event at this venue. The pricing is absolutely outrageous, with food charges that are far higher than what you'd expect for the quality offered. The alcohol selection is also incredibly basic, which is a big letdown given the premium you’re paying.

The worst part, however, was dealing with the event host. Not only was she unprofessional, but she also took advantage by charging my credit card without proper approval. The staff will clear out items on the buffet and sneak it out for themselves, and I wouldn't trust them again. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your event needs to avoid unnecessary stress and...

I didn't play. To see what the craze was about I went with my cousin to walk over and check it out. I know the economy is in quicksand but 80 dollars an hour for non members. After the shock, a quick exit. And a full loss of any interest in a game that's a cross between ping pong and tennis. I wouldn't have played at 20 an hour. What is the big deal over bowling and billiards. Cash in while it's hot? The only thing that could justify that is the rent. Mall owners may be the culprits in this being an incomprehensible amount.
