This is a good place for the ones who like to spend their time doing a calm activity for fun. The place is designed for people to select one or more of the non-painted potteries placed on shelfs and sit there for an hour or more, painting them. They have a very big collection of colors. I think there is probably more than 70 colors that you can find. Some of the colors have little dots of another color which is nice. You must remember that you should only select your colors based on the pallete hanged on the shelfs and not based on the not-baked color on the pottery. The cost is $6 per hour and the cost of the place , mug or any thing that you choose that is from around $5 to $25. A small plate is around $9 or a small jwelery box is 12. If you are a newbee you will prbably need more than an hour to paint it. After that they will bake it for you and will call you to pick it up. It usually takes two to three days for them to call but the overal quallity is great. If you are looking for a relaxing time by yourself or you wanna have a chat with your friends while creating something memorable this a place...
Read moreWe had such a great time painting here. However, just be aware that shipping process is a bit disorganized and the customer service just isn’t robust. No shipping details or tracking numbers, the first phone call I was promised a call back that never came, then I called again I was told my pieces shipped over a week ago but our USPS account shows nothing for our address. The owner or manager handles all shipping but is not someone we’ve been able to reach. So it’s very frustrating to get so much run around for personal customized items that averaged just over $25-$30 and we had 4. Our relative who is local and did pick up, got their piece in about a week and it did turn out nicely. So just beware, if you need your items shipped it is clunky. Not sure if we’ll ever...
Read moreReally great place to paint and relax! Staff is really helpful and gets you set up on how everything works/what to do, and gives great tips for your projects. If you have a group, definitely recommend calling in and reserving a table, especially during high peak seasons (i.e. event weekends) Otherwise groups of 2 or 3 usually have no problem getting settled right away. You pay for a piece of pottery to paint and studio time. Also, there is an option to store an unfinished project for up to a year at the store. Great atmosphere, and love that we can bring food and drinks in...
