I placed an order via Google Maps. The option was “storefront by Doordash.” When I arrived, there wasn’t a designated spot to pick up online orders, so I got in line. When I told the cashier I had an online order, she listed off a few options that they accept. Apparently they didn’t get my order, so I showed her the confirmation email, and they made my order. That defeats the purpose of ordering online. I got the Hokkaido milk tea with boba (listed as bubbles on their menu) which was good. All drinks come with one free topping which is great. They use lids rather than having the machine that seals the cup. The cup was pretty full, so when I inserted a straw, it spilled all over the lid. They have a small parking lot that they share with several other businesses.

Hands down best boba place in State! They serve boba but also offer their specialty seasonal drinks which come in a cute reusable cup, one of them called peach on the beach. I’ve ordered the brown sugar milk tea in other boba shops but it always seems to hit the spot here. It’s a favorite of mine and a classic to order if you’re unsure of what to get. They also serve rolled ice cream that tastes amazing! It’s unique compared to anything I’ve ever had because of the multiple options of customization. I get the original with mango, fruit and strawberry drizzle. Not only is the presentation of the store aesthetic but cozy to sit in and relax with friends. I recommend coming here!

For starters, Momotaro has an impressive menu. I did not know where to start with their vast selection of flavors and teas, but I loved seeing the variety, compared to the few standard versions you typically see at other milk tea shops. I ordered the purple rice mochi with coconut milk, and it was yummy! The taste definitely reminded me of my parents and the homeland. Service was friendly and quick. Location was clean and easy to find, and it was not too busy during the time and day we went so when we came (over holiday break), parking was also easy. I would love to come back and try their cheese teas!

Went to momotaro for the first time because a friend recommended it. I ordered bubble tea and mochi ice cream. I saw that the workers were making ice cream by hand, so I knew my order would take a little while. A worker calls my number 5 minutes after ordering and tells me they are out of bubbles and it would be another 15 minutes. I just tell them to forgo the bubbles because I didn't feel like waiting. I didn't mind the mishap. Soon after I get my tea. Then, half an hour goes by and I still haven't gotten my mochi ice cream. I think it's because they make most of their food by hand so I wasn't upset. Then I go up to the pick up section and try to see someone about how much longer the mochi will take, but I can't get anyone's attention for 15 minutes. I am standing there trying to get someone's attention but the second I would have a chance to talk they would leave. Once I got someone's attention they just went and grabbed the mochi ice cream, because that's the one thing they have premade. Will not be getting my service...

I’ve been to Momos a lot and each time I go I find the experience ‘meh’. It’s not bad, it’s just that I prefer other boba places in state college. The ice cream is delicious and there is a variety of food and drinks. BUT Im not impressed with the taste of the drinks. I don’t know if it’s because I order the wrong thing, but there’s always something not right with the drinks. I also am a very positive and great customer; super apologetic, give nice tips (no less than 20%), always smiling. That’s why it’s shocking when I get bad service. Every time I go in I get at least one snippy comment or a cold shoulder or a negative look. So for summary, I recommend going to a different boba place but it’s a nice spot for late night, large...
