Absolutely HORRIFIC!! UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF!!

I will start by saying I've been getting my eyelashes done for a few years now. I'm new to this area. It has been an absolute nightmare!!! Trying to find someone who's able to do eyelashes correctly. It's really not that difficult to have them. Symmetrical with the cat eye effect longer at the end. I'm very thorough with how I explain what I want. And again, I've been getting them done for years. So I'm very knowledgeable and very careful with maintaining them. And I've always had them last at least 2 and a 1/2. Even 3 weeks beautifully if I want to make it last that long. I guess I was really fortunate with the lady I had before. I went here as an emergency. I was appreciative. Emily saw me last minute notice. She threw a couple on there. Nothing crazy and still charged me for a refill. Less than a week. I needed a full refill. I got that done and honestly I was happy. She definitely charged me for double the cost nearly...However, more than half of them literally fell out the next day. I've never had that happen before. I chalked it up as maybe things happen. Maybe it was the heat the glue. I don't know I was willing to give it another shot and booked another appointment. I got an email from the owner. Telling me that my business was done there and refunded me my money. I did appreciate the refund. I also told her it would be appropriate to refund the previous experience, which was 4 or 5 days prior as well. And she did. I appreciate that. However, to say that's unprofessional to just tell a client that wasnt. Given the proper service that they're business was done there. How unprofessional and just wrong. It's no worries though I found another place. That's actually amazing. I'd rather spend my money where it's appreciated. Because I'm a loyal customer that faithfully goes every 2 weeks. And the way that I was treated as a new client was just unprofessional. Rude wrong and there are far too many competitors. To be treated like such, do yourself. A favor and go elsewhere where they actually treat you like a human being and value you as their client!!!!! An also, the refund didn't matter with the amount of money. I had to pay to fix what they did. I had to spend a very good amount to have them removed and reapplied by another salon. And it's not even about the money I'm a very secure person who's able to afford luxury. However the inconvenience when I work full time and don't have the time to waste. What a horrible terrible...

PLEASE READ IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT GETTING YOUR NAILS DONE HERE! I came here for a manicure and pedicure. When I made my appointment I told the lady on the phone I just want a manicure and pedicure, I never asked for anything fancy or extra. When I finally got taken back I was told that they don’t do acrylic nails, okay, I wasn’t told that but whatever. Then I showed the girl what I wanted for my nails (It was French tips and a small line of rhinestones) and she told me she doesn’t do any designs she just does the basic one color. Oh, I wasn’t told that on the phone either. So I told her I was just gonna get my manicure done somewhere else and I instantly felt a sense of awkwardness as there was a bit of a pause in our conversation. I eventually started the conversation again to just try and relax and talk but the chairs were the most uncomfortable thing ever. There isn’t a massage chair with the little tub connected to it that all salons use, no, it’s just a bowl with warm water and rocks and a little bath bomb they throw in. And this little table they put your feet on that doesn’t balance and puts your legs in the most uncomfortable position the entire time. While getting the pedicure I didn’t get my feet or legs scrubbed or any massage like all salons do at the end, my nails weren’t shaped or filed well either. Then when she finally did my nails, they turned out horrible. There’s nail polish on my skin and they aren’t even painted all the way or with enough coats. Very unprofessional and I definitely regret coming to this salon today. I spent almost three hours and $85 for this. It looks like a child painted my nails. Wish I could put zero stars and get...

I had such a wonderful experience at this salon this evening! The staff all seemed very nice and professional. I admit that I am very picky about my haircut. I have naturally curly hair and it is very difficult finding someone who can cut it correctly so that I can wear it curly or straight, but Deandra did a wonderful job! I felt very confident in her chair that I was in good hands. I left there feeling better than I have in a long time! Everyone deserves the chance to feel beautiful and this place definitely made me...
