Bagel Crust — Restaurant in State College

I don't often post reviews because I don't care to but going there today has made me livid. The food is good but the pickup system is trash. I got there today and didn't see my pickup order because I eventually found out it was stolen by someone else. I tell the ladies at the desk about this and wait for another 10 minutes. I noticed in this time other people ordering at the checkout and getting their orders immediately. So I had to go back up to the ladies at the counter and try to confirm my order was getting processed. Finally after doing that and waiting another 5 minutes my order came out. I have eaten here many times and take my friends there when they are in the area, but this pickup system needs to be changed or something has to be done because I don't want me or anyone else experience what I just...

This was honestly super disappointing. I used to go to the Westerly Place Bagel Crust all the time, and the egg and cheese bagel sandwiches were truly next level. Always overflowing with piping hot eggs and melty cheese. I was really looking forward to going to another location because I missed the sandwiches!

The sandwiches I got today had more cheese than egg. The cheese wasn’t melted. The bagel was tough and dry. The lids on our iced coffee didn’t fit so coffee spilled everywhere. I’m only leaving this review so hopefully if it was an off day, that it can be fixed for other future customers who are looking for the quality the Westerly location had.
