I swear if I could leave o stars I would but I will give the one because of the their employee Jasmine, she was a doll, now the manager and the “two delivery girls” completely unprofessional. I have purchased a sectional from the location with Jasmin a few months ago and she am another guy I can’t remember his name, moved the couch in with no problem. I called on 07/08/24 for them to pick up the sectional didn’t want it any more. I advised them that I was not home but my kids 20 and 19. Stated that was fine. I told my kids to let them use the garage door, because it might make it easier for the women to move it, They arrived around 12:30pm to pick up the furnitures took them about 45 minutes to move it. After they left my daughter FaceTime me to let me know that they damaged my door . I noticed paint was completely taken off the door and the metal piece the door latch to was torn off and now my door does not completely close. I immediately call the store and ask to speak to a manager she didn’t want to get on the phone(shocker there 🙄) she advised the girl to have me send her the pictures of the damage and she will call me back the same day. I did not get a call at from the store I had to repeatedly call to get a response for the damages. Finally today I reached out again and spoke with the manager( didn’t want to give a name) and she stated the her delivery person stated the door was damage prior to them moving the couch. I stated that there was no damage to the door as the house is two years old and I moved in six months ago. She also continues to say That the delivery person stated the door looked like it was kicked in. I asked the manager if they had trouble moving the furniture through the garage door. Why would they continue to push the furniture through the door instead of just asking can they go through the front? She could not give me a clear answer to that question.. She stated she just wanted me to talk to the driver and her on the phone via three-way visor that doesn’t make any sense. We should just go ahead and resolve this problem and fix the damages to my door. Back-and-forth on the phone for 30 minutes I just stated fine. Let’s get her on the phone and we can discuss the situation. That will be fine and they will call me back Surprise they did not call me back. I had to call the store back upon me speaking with Jasmine at the front. I stated I was just gonna file a small claims court case to have damages repaired to the door As I was speaking, the delivery girl yank the phone at a Jasmine’s hand and begin to yell and scream at me and called me a liar, and that she told my son that there were damages to the door. I advisor. He told me that you did not speak to him about any damages to the door, she continue to yell and scream, and will not let me speak or state my case about what was going on and saying that I have pictures and videos to show that it was damaged on the door and inside with the living room was she proceeded down the phone and started accusing me of lying, and that errs was not gonna pay for any damages to my doorframe that was caused by them since I’m no longer a customer advisor that is not fair any damages that’s done by a company should be paid for by them and all I’m asking is for them to send somebody out. Get them an estimate and fix the door. She continue to say it since I lived in the house for six months you never know what kind of damages were done. I advise the manager again that I did a walk-through of this house. Everything was in good condition as the house is only two years old, I have proof of before when it was moved in after the damages were done and there’s no other damages to my house just the garage door. Continue to not listen to anything that I say, and was just stating that since we neither one of us is there, you never know who’s telling the truth even though I have videos and pictures. Their customer service is ridiculous talk to you any kind of way and then expect for you not to react in the same way they acting all my things literally broke.. Read moreI WILL NEVER RENT FROM HERE AGAIN! The general manager Samantha needs to be replaced and the account manager because both women are extremely rude. I have called cooperate on multiple occasions and still haven’t heard anything back from the district manger and it is going on 3 months. The account manager had the nerve to laugh on the phone while speaking to me about my account this is extremely unprofessional and she didn’t care about it. I have called up there on multiple occasions and no one has answered the phone. Definitely go somewhere else and not waste your hard earned money here.
Update : 5-10-23 : After speaking to an Aaron’s customer service member. The person I spoke to was nonchalant about the complaint and didn’t come up with a solution. He pretty much said since this is Samantha store she can run it accordingly so this isn’t the first time he had a complaint about her. Just a waste of time and money from this location go...
