For context, I’m a punk-emo looking guy, and was with my visibly Mexican and Asian family and friends. Obviously their products are quality and this doesn’t effect the actual business— but the lady(or feminine person) at the store(she was a pale-ish skin color, dark hair color, actually very nice looking at first) was so rude! Of course I understand my moms friend was slightly rude. But she answered so quick, cut off everyone and was constantly giving THAT sort of smile(if yk yk) and they left me and my baby brother (Asian) in the store. The lady asked ‘anything else?” To us, and my baby brother (both me and him are apart of the spectrum) said “I want a lavender honey popsicle” and he meant it towards me, and the lady quickly (basically cutting us off) said in a loud fake nice voice ‘oh you have to pay for that’ …like… of course? Read moreThe man could not figure out how to take a split payment at farmers market which has never been an issue before.. I gave him 20$ and he didn't know how to take the extra 4$ in a different form as a split payment and wanted me to wait till he heard back from manager and made me take everything out of my bag and give back the honey and gave me back my money basically accusing me of trying to steal honey when I said I could come right back and give him the 4$ after he heard back from manager and got it figures out as it was on my way back to my car.. I have purchased honey for years and will not be purchasing honey again here. Please train your employees properly so they do not accuse regular customers of trying to steal when they do not know how to take a payment. It was both only accusatory and insulting as a regular customer and when I sent a personal email to you there was no response. There are plenty of honey businesses in steamboat and Boulder I could...

My wife worried about getting them back to California intact asked if they could wrap them up somehow and they were happy to oblige. a resounding 5...
