This store was a huge disappointment. I found a purse at what seemed like a fair price, even though the clasp was broken and wouldnât close properly. I asked if they could apply a discount due to the defect, but they said no. I decided to purchase it at the tagged price regardless and left it at the counter while I tried on a top. When I returned to check out, the manager informed me that the purse had been sent to the back because the price was âincorrectâ and had now been raised by $100. The manager claimed it was a mistake made by a new employee just a few minutes prior, but I had picked out the purse 45 minutes earlier. When I pointed this out, they changed the story, saying it was priced incorrectly that morning. They said that it wouldnât be fair to the consignor to sell it for lower than the agreed upon price, which I get, but they shouldâve still sold it to me for the lesser price and eaten the cost of what was owed to the consigner. It is absolutely absurd to make it a costumers problem when the error was made on the business side. Their lack of accountability, shifting excuses, and horrible costumer service were unacceptable. This was a terrible experience and a complete waste of time. Avoid...
Read moreThe price a much higher that a thrift shop because this is not a thrift shop. It's a consignment store.
The store is well organised and clean. Members of staff are very helpful and friendly. They have a variety of items in every category you could think off. They have high quality items as well as brand named items at a fraction of the cost (some of which are brand new).
