Let me start by saying this: if you value your time, respect, or even basic decencyādo NOT go to the Target on 16 & Dequindre, especially if Ashley G is working. She is hands-down the rudest, most unprofessional employee I have ever encountered anywhere.
From the moment I approached her, she was on her personal phone, gossiping and laughing like she was hanging out with friends instead of doing her job. I politely asked for help, and she gave me this annoyed look like I had ruined her day.
Halfway through explaining what I needed, her phone rang againāand she literally walked away from me mid-sentence to answer it. And this wasnāt even work-related; she was laughing, swearing, and even said she āhates dealing with annoying customersā while I stood there, stunned. When I tried to finish what I was saying, she actually waved her hand in my face and snapped, āIām on the phone, chill out!ā
When she finally hung up, she smirked and said, āSo, what do you even want?ā like I was wasting her precious time. Then, another customer walked up for helpāand Ashley looked at them, laughed, and walked the other way saying, āIām not dealing with this today.ā
I shop at Target all the timeāwell, I used to. After this disgusting experience, theyāve permanently lost my business. Iām telling friends, family, neighbors, and coworkers to avoid this location entirely until Target steps up and hires employees who actually respect customers. This isnāt just bad serviceāitās a disgrace to the Target name, and Iāll be sharing this experience with corporate and on social media so others know...

One of the standout features of Target is their convenience. With over 1,900 locations across the country, there is always a Target nearby when I need to pick up something quickly. In addition, Target's online ordering and drive-up services have been a game-changer for me. With just a few clicks on their app, I can easily order whatever I need and have it ready for pickup in as little as an hour.
Speaking of drive-up, Target's drive-up service is incredibly fast and convenient. The process is straightforward, and I have never had to wait more than a few minutes for my order to be brought out to my car. This is especially helpful during busy times of the year when the store is crowded, and parking is hard to come by.
Lastly, I appreciate the variety of products that Target offers. From household essentials to clothing and electronics, I can always find what I need at Target. The store's design and layout make it easy to navigate, and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
Overall, Target has become my go-to store for all my shopping needs. Their convenience, fast drive-up service, and vast selection of products make it hard to shop anywhere else. I highly recommend Target to anyone looking for a great...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe cashier I had on this visit was very rude. She went out of her way for the guest ahead of me but when I came through with my gift cards, her demeanor changed. She told me not to be so sensitive about a comment she made to me about using a earned gift card from the purchase made today. She belittled me in front of other guests by telling me she is sorry Iām so sensitive. I just canāt believe your employees are allowed to speak to guests in this manner. Absolutely appalling. She didnāt even care that I walked away, she still had to have the last word. Target customer service has hit a all-time low. She needs more training on when to let something go. To continue yelling a guest who is walking away without saying a word is downright disrespectful. I told her the comments about the gift card was rude in my opinion. Her opinion about about me being too sensitive was offensive considering Iām paying to have her belittle me. Note to self: Use...
