If I could give this boutique 0 stars I would. I have never been so disrespected while shopping in my life. I took my sister to this boutique to look for a prom dress. The second we walked in the saleswoman ran up to us and told us that they only sell dresses for $500 and up. She said if we want a dress for anything less than that to leave. After I explained to her that cost is not a problem she continued to be rude and imply that we could not afford a dress from their boutique. She then informed us that this boutique is by appointment only, even though there were several customers in the store and people were freely walking in and out. I told her that she clearly doesn't want our business and began to leave when she begged us to come back in and look around. My sister looked at a couple dresses and said that the dresses were poorly made. You could see the glue that was used to glue on the rhinestones and other embellishments. I will never go back to this place and recommend people think twice about visiting. As many others have mentioned the staff is incredibly rude and honestly don't deserve any of our hard...

I purchased a dress from this store for my sister-in-laws wedding. After taking the dress home I had second thoughts about the color. The return policy of the store is no returns and no exchanges, but they don't tell you that until after you've purchased and paid which then they hand you your stamped receipt. I also discovered that the dress clearly had been altered because the seams were exposed when u unzip the dress. I did not think to check the dress before purchasing as I thought I was walking into a high end store! Why would that be necessary? They also had snipped off the tag of the original designer. When I returned the very next day to politely ask for an exchange and showed her the altered dress, she denied it was altered and also claimed this was a "Saiid Kobeisy" dress. I'm so disappointed and would like to warn everyone to dissect any dress you may think about purchasing from this store. Many of their dresses come from Turkey and they claim it's by the famous Lebanese designer, Saiid Kobeisy!...

I came to this place after trying soooooo many other places. Abby met me at the door and was very welcoming! She had a beautiful smile on her face and looked like she loved my job. She asked me a few questions and told me I know exactly what you’re looking for. The first dress she pulled out for me was the one I fell in love with!!! I didn’t want it in the color that was available in the store and I asked her to please check for me. She was contacting the designer for 3 days!!!! And she kept me updated the whole time. But she worked her magic and got me the dress I wanted in the color I wanted. She once was on her way home and the designer called her to get details she drove back just to give him my details!! I’ve never seen someone who’s willing to work this much with their clients. I loved Abby and I love her work ethic. Her welcoming personality makes dress shopping such a fun experience. Definitely recommend going to the boutique and finding a dress you will...
