edit: ordered chicken strips. the fry oil was stale, the smell was so raunch it was unpalatable. lots of yelling + cursing inside the kitchen as they behave condescendingly to each other, killing the vibes.

3 yrs ago: I inhaled it in 10 seconds. so refreshing to have an authentic chinese noodle place, not another jumping on the ramen bandwagon.

the calligraphy logo was Incredible👌🏻 branding + caught my eye like a beacon: come to me! I'm legit! not just another chinese wannabe coated in high fructose corn syrup

👏🏻 FINALLY, a proper spicy🌶️ haven't tasted anything remotely spicy in ages. excellent kudos to a proper asian spice.

improvement suggestions:

make sure you don't even tip the container bc the soup ISN'T SEALED 😱😱😱 merely stacked. the noodles however ARE sealed. don't ask me why. PLEASE reconsider your packaging design -- MI drivers are far too sketch (sudden braking / starting, potholes, MI left) esp when y'all located on 16 mi where avg speed 60+ mph.

on your website, "order with doordash" seems so click-bait, while your native ordering method is tucked away like an easter egg. chances are, if I'm on your website, I'm not looking for doordash. please make them at least equally as obvious if not making your own ordering method easier to find, and tuck away doordash. nobody likes accidental upcharges for picking up...

Tried this place for the first time today and I was astonished by the quality. The atmosphere is clean and pleasant. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. The food was so good that even though I was already getting full I couldn't help but eat everything until it was gone! We drove 1 hour just to eat at this location and the amazing experience made our drive more than worth it! The food is definitely made fresh and with love. I would highly recommend the Spicy Szechuan with Fish (麻辣沸腾鱼米线). It has a lovely mild spiciness that isn't overwhelmingly spicy. The Marinated Eggs (卤鸡蛋) were so good that we ordered 20 to-go! The food also came out very fast, albeit we went on a Monday night and there were not many other customers. Delicious! Two dishes that we ordered were very tasty, we got the A3 signature Beef brisket Noodle and Rice Noodle with Thinly Beef Slice and Kimchi. Two different taste A3 was very rich in flavor but not too powerful. It's very hearty and perfect for cold weather. I think I'm addicted! I would recommend a3 for first timers, and if you like sour broth get the kimchi the beef brisket is so delicious. And it came out so quickly!
