This review is regarding the women dresses section.
I purchased my bridesmaids' dresses from this store and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. One of the dresses had a rip on the inside. A staff member acknowledged the issue and assured me it would be repaired within four days and that I would receive a follow-up call.
However, two weeks went by with no update. I had to call multiple times to check if the dress was ready for pickup. When I visited the store, the dress wasn't fixed and thats because the staff member had forgotten to inform the owner about the needed alteration.
I was again told it would be repaired in a few days and that Iâd be contacted, but the same pattern repeated with no communication from their side. When the alteration was finally done, it was poorly executed. The owner dismissed my concern by saying, âThe ripped part is hidden inside, it's not a big deal,â which I found to be unprofessional reason from a business owner
To make matters worse, the same dress was visibly dirty at the bottom, as if it had been previously worn. When I raised this concern, I was told the dirt was from the dress touching the store floor while cleaning. I insisted it be dry cleaned, as selling a dirty dress is unacceptable.
Overall, this experience was frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this store, and I suggest looking elsewhere for better service...

Found the pin still in my sonâs baptism suit the day of, as I was putting it on him. Really glad he wasnât accidentally poked with it. The alteration was not complete , or not completed properly. I had asked upon first walking in if it was possible to order a smaller size for my son as he was a preemie (2 months early). Was told it was possible and that whatever adjusting needed to be done after ordering a smaller size, would be done with alterations. Was then constantly told how âtinyâ my son was because they werenât able to properly fit him into the suit. He was 2 months early, of course heâs going to be small. Instead of making your customer who was already insecure about her sonâs size feel even more insecure, you should have said you would be unable to fulfill the request from the start. I shouldnât have to wait to baptize my two month old son later, just so he can grow for him to fit into a suit, (which is what one of the employees suggested I should have done). Ruined what should have been a really happy experience for me. Wish I would have just ordered on Etsy. Would have at least avoided the unwarranted comments...

Was told my son's Baptism outfit was there never received call about it arriving, never was there a voicemail left or anything if they even called,mail box was empty. Called to see if It was there. l then asked if I can get it shipped to house since I don't live that close, paid shipping fee and told me they we're going to ship it the next day. Now about a week later still sitting at store, they're not doing there job and my son's Baptism is in a week. After all this my mother had to call, since I work 5 days a week. She had to deal with a bunch of BS, but then the owner refunded shipping and hand delivered outfit to my house, apologized, and added in a freebie item.
