I went to Customer Service after I checked out because I forgot to have the cashier scan my cartwheel app. I was assisted my Monika. She has to be your worst employee at this location. I live in the neighborhood and constantly come here. I have great interactions with EVERYONE except her! She has a horrible attitude, is always rude to me and acts like I'm always in the wrong. I approached her by saying I forgot to scan my cartwheel for this pop, it was just 20% can you adjust it for me. She looked over the receipt, over the cartwheel and was like which item. I showed her on the receipt which item it was, then she looked over the cartwheel. I told her, she never scanned the app, I forgot to give it to her. She told me, I want to make sure it qualifies, like I was lying to her, when the 12 pack was clearly visible in my cart and on the receipt. She told me she couldn't just adjust it and give me the money back (which has never been a problem before!) She had to return it, put it on a giftcard and then resell it to me. Why? Other locations would just adjust the difference and put it back on the card or hand the cash back to me. It was just a 93 cent difference. It's very clear that she remembers me and constantly gives me the same bad attitude. I have twins and constantly buy baby items at this location. I once tried to return bottles that I got as a gift, probably would have been a less than $10 return. She refused to do the return and called security over to literally tell me no, when she could have done it herself. How embarrassing! I took my box of bottles to the Target on 95th and they returned it no problem! They even told me that there was no reason she shouldn't have returned it for me! The next time I have to have an interaction with Monika I will be asking for a manager instead, no matter what the problem is because I refuse to handle any problem with her and her bad attitude. She needs to be retrained or put in your back of house to restock items because she clearly doesn't know how to treat a customer...

āļø Customer Service: The staff are usually friendly and welcoming. The return/exchange area is located on the left side of the store, so if you need to do returns/exchanges or pick up online orders, I recommend parking on the left side of the store. The right side of the store has the food & makeup section. The left side of the store has the sports, electronics, & Bulleyeās Playground ($1+ section).
š½ Bathroom: The bathroom is located in the front of the store. Every time Iāve gone to this Target, the bathroom is always clean and smells like lemon. Iām not sure how frequent they clean the bathrooms, but I love it.
š Merchandise: This Target location has good inventory. Thereās almost a clearance section in every section of the store. The clearance section has a yellow sign that says āClearanceā so you canāt miss them. The clearance is hit or miss. Iāve found some good clothing on clearance for the most part.
šļø Overall Experience: Overall, I always have a good shopping experience at Target. The staff are usually friendly, good inventory, & great deals every so often.

Before I even went to this location I called and talked to customer service about exchanging without a receipt and they told me everything was fine, I would just have to pay the difference if there was one between the new and old item. Ok. No problem. Well when I get there the rude customer service lady told me I would be getting back $11.00 on store credit! I donāt understand how the hell I would only be getting back $11 from a $40 item THAT I WAS EXCHANGING, not returning! Exchanging for the same item just different brand.
