Went in today and bought a new mod and tank and a couple batteries. Spent $108 and overall this initial transaction was a good experience. Fast forward two hours and all of the juice had leaked out of the tank all over my cup holder. I figured it either had a bad gasket or the coil was bad so I brought it back in thinking they would replace the coil considering I bought it new from them today. Well, I guess I was asking too much from the “Assistant Manager” as he informed me that it was not their responsibility and if I wanted a new coil I’d have to buy one. I was mind blown, the coil is $3, the cost is not the issue it’s the principle. I just spent over $100 on a product that failed almost immediately and they’re going to nickel and dime me over a coil that they probably paid $.50 or less for. Add to that the kit is supposed to include two coils, if one is bad right out of the box then that is a lie. He claimed “coils are not part of the warranty”. So if I bought a pack of coils and all of them were defective I’m just out of luck!? Overall it was a bad experience, they don’t understand customer service and they don’t stand behind the products they sell. Do yourself a favor and buy your vape...

Went in last week got 2 single pods for my vaporesso mod I was talked into getting because it will be cheaper in the long run. Well low and behold I go in today for another pod and juice and was told I had to buy a whole box when in fact I did not have to last week and explained I didn’t have to. Management is a joke and called me a liar to my face and wanted to argue with me over it instead of trying to help. On top of that when I went in last week they had a toddler playing with the coil pods without anyone watching her and then she ran back into the dispensary. Now why in the actual heck is a kid inside a vape shop and a dispensary running around the store I have no clue. Wound up leaving the store because the manager just wanted to argue. I go to A&M vape and they sell me a single coil and my juice no issues. Juicys can take a flying leap horrible customer service. Dylan and Jess are absolutely PHENOMENAL!!!! They had all the information I needed when I called and they were so accommodating when I told them my situation!!! They were more helpful then most people would be and I cannot tell you how much I appreciate them!! I have recommended this shop when I was unable to get product in (I work at a convenient store that has in the past sold the same products) I have sent dozens of customers to them in the last week due to our lack of product and I will continue to because they deliver!!!
