I seldom write reviews but I felt the exceptional service that I received from Rochelle Hill and Chloe at the Farmers Home Furniture store in Stockbridge Georgia deserves high recognition. I tried to locate a freezer closer all over Georgia to no avail. I tried the Hiram location which is closer to me after receiving a flyer that they had freezers. Frankly, I was given the runaround so I called the Stockbridge location per my sister-in-law and brothers referral. Chloe, (my salesperson) was very professional and helpful.They let me pre-order a freezer where the other location would not. Hiram said I needed to wait (another story). I received it in less than a week from Stockbridge. The manager (Rochelle Hill) also worked with me to call the Hiram store to see I could get it from them and have it delivered since they were closer. No help from the Hiram store again. To make a long story short, Rochelle the manager was “extremely” patient, answered all my questions, and gave me alternative choices to find the best way for me to get the freezer to my home. I was overly pleased with the great customer service I received after driving “over” an hour to get there. After the recommendation from my sister n law and brother, I felt it was worth a try and it was.

Read moreUnacceptable! My husband Jonathan & I have worked with Farmers in the past and it was great but this go around was a joke. We had a delivery scheduled for today, Saturday. We have been home all day without a couch waiting around. Come around to find out apparently they had my previous address down for delivery so now we have to wait because of someone’s mistake. I live in a gated community, my previous address is in the same community as my new address, so my question is one: how they got in to try and make the delivery first attempt without dialing in, two: they usually give you a call about 30 minutes prior to delivering ( I know this because I have had things delivered in the past) and three: in my contract I verified that I had my new address listed. So what’s the real problem? Now we have to wait until Tuesday without a couch and I still have to pay a delivery fee? I hope we can work something out...

They work as a team so you don’t have sales reps pressuring you to purchase or anyone hounding you. I was asked what I liked and directed to my options by Dayvon. Dayvon is very respectful and has a sense of humor. He has manners and is very customer centric. His awareness of their products, where the products are manufactured, pricing and how to properly care for different fabrics. I can definitely see him as a future manager as well as Ms. Shelly.
