Penske Truck Rental — Local services in Stone Mountain

Dropping the truck off wise everything was handled correctly. Its just that I didnt like the fact that when you ask them a question at this place they can't seem to answer it or they give you a totally different answer then the people on the 1 800 # does. For example I wanted to know if I paid cash and I dropped my rental truck off before supposing to would I get a discount and get cash back. They said they couldn't give you cash back you would have to get a debit or prepaid card to get funds back. Where as when I called the 1 800# they said you could most definitely give you your money back in cash. I put the phone on speaker phone so the workers could hear what the people on the phone said and they switched up and was like oooo yeah we can do that. Which was very aggravating and annoying to me especially considering the fact that they had just sworn up and down they couldn't do it. Other then that everything was handled correctly. They're very quaint shop. The lady that helped us was very friendly in helping us get our truck. Is a very affordable move. The truck was very reliable great on gas and was able to hold most of the contents of our apartment very easily. The lady walked out and went over the truck with us and was very nice and friendly. She made sure that we had all of the equipment that we need she even asked us to make sure before we left that we didn't need anything else. They had the only 22 foot truck in the area, I drove 45 mins to pick it up. Drove it off the lot with a trailer, and the check engine light came on. Called Penske, they had me go to a repair shop, it cost me 5 hours on the move day. The reason I’m rating them five stars is they gave me a decent amount of money back for my trouble.
