Just had one of the worst experiences here. I hope the owner reads this. I found your place three weeks ago and have been coming every day that you have been open. Today, your actions have cost you a customer. I really wanted your dry rub wings today. I had a rough two days and your food has always been a treat. I called in an order for a six piece,dry rub lemon pepper combo. I called it in so that it would be ready. I made sure that I said it numerous times so that you understood me. I speak perfect English as an English instructor. I arrived at your location and was given, wet wings. I fussed about it and asked to speak with you, you refused to come out to talk with me and called me a liar, stating that I said wet over the phone. I don't ever eat wet wings. I have a textile (stomach) issue and don't do well with wet and mushy food. Somehow restaurants seem to think that people with special preferences and allergies are a nuisance. Your arrogance has cost you a customer and many referrals. I guess you don't care because most b Black people will continue to patronize establishments even after being disrespected. I am not that b Black person. My self respect means more to me than your wings. Lesson One: The customer is always right. Lesson Two: humble yourselves Lesson Three: appreciate and respect all money.

Read moreWhen it came to payment, I will say their system needs an update, because the card reader kept saying chip malfunction for my debit card. It would not read my swipe or chip. My card isn’t the newest but it works everywhere else . So I decided to ask my sister if I can use her new bank card but it still read error and malfunction, after a few tries it finally accepts her payment, but then I go check my bank account and it still shows a transaction and payment being taken from my card, however I never received a receipt and let me remind you that the card reader kept saying chip malfunction so how is it able to take money from my account if it’s saying chip malfunction and no receipt !!?? and my sister already paid for the food so now I am currently waiting for my refund through their bank, and I have to keep calling them but if you use their service please use cash until they update their system

Read moreI frequently visit this Stone Mountain location but was extremely disappointed with my experience today. On Feb 11th, I placed an order to go and when I arrived home, I realized that my order was incorrect. I called the store and they wanted me to return that day but it was a day that the rain made for an awful drive back up there, I opted to return at a later date. They asked for me to take a picture of the food. Visited the store on 2/14 & the manager that was working was not empathetic nor offered to remake the order even after showing a receipt and the photos. Very disappointed with how it was handled considering that I work in customer service for the last 20+ years and to deal with someone that is supposed to have handled that way differently.
