DTLR — Local services in Stonecrest

Today was an awful experience. I normally go here and the sales guys are amazing with me and my daughter. Today I went in and they were both off. I sat for over five mins waiting for assistance in the back while the manager Kenly joked and talked personally with customers at the front. I finally walker over and asked if she could help me with a shoe. I told her the guy had held them in back. She frownd and said who and why. I was not sure why this was her response but she seemed to be In disbelief. I said well it's fine can I just have them in a size 7. She said yeah but you can put them back. She was walking behind me with the shoe and said again you can put this back. Her tone was nasty and I told her I don't work here you can. She said well if you can't listen I can't help nobody that can't listen. This young girl was so rude. I asked for her manager and she said I am the manager. I was shocked at her behavior. As I was standing at the register she yelled to someone she need you. Her and another young lady with Brite red hair continued loud talking. I was helped by another manager and she was very nice and helpful. This was the worse experience. I purchased two pair of sneakers and left. I hope she receives better training before she get hurt. Times are different and I hate to say if I wasn't a kind loving person things may have ended very different..I was having a great day until I came...

The only reason why this location is receiving one star is so that I can write of my horrible experience here. The manager and staff are thieves! If you order merchandise and have it sent to this store, they do not send notification of your shipment arriving. You have to go by your FedEx tracking number to show that it was delivered and when you go to the store to pick up your packages, you will receive the worst customer service ever! The manager and I say that loosely who has the pink locks is by far the leader of the most unprofessional staff at that Mall!! I pray that corporate if there is a corporate Office for these locations read these reviews and take heed because I am pretty sure that this stores loss prevention and profit and loss numbers is extremely showing of the inside theft that is taking place! Do not order items to go to this location!!!!!. You are best served ordering them to go to wherever you live! The manager with the pink locs tried to send me out of the store with three items of the eight items I ordered and when I demanded my items to be found after being told several times by her they weren’t there and I had to show my proof of tracking that they were delivered there one by one I get my items with nothing but attitude and no customer service professionalism whatsoever! The disrespect!...

Run !!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE !!!!! I bought a pair of shoes in a rush because the mall was closing … they let me try on one shoe which I put on quickly to make sure it fit … paid went home! Finally got a chance to sit down and look at my new shoes and I swear to you they looked fake ! Glue all around the soles a scuff mark on the side and just not up to my standards ! When I went back 3 days later to return them I was accused of wearing the shoes and they refused to take them back !! What a joke ! Let me tell you this bunch at DTLR has to be the most GHETTO UNPROFESSIONAL group of employees I’ve ever come across! From the horrible customer service to the ghetto antics it’s just a mess ! I was called “Stink” by one of the employees which is highly unprofessional! The Light skinned female manager with glasses which refused to provide her name has a horrible attitude and needs to be fired ! Take it from me don’t buy from these losers !
