My in store purchase went well. Snipes has a large selection of shoes to choose from. There was also a variety of clothes throughout the store. The associates were semi-attentive. They really didn't approach you. You had to approach them if you needed something. However, they were very helpful once contact was initiated.
I'm new to Snipes so I didn't like the fact that the email and text 10% discount was only for online purchases. The manager allowed me to use it in store. I understand Snipes has sales on certain items but there should also be in store coupons/discounts on regular priced items. Clothes and shoes are expensive. A good discount could go a long way. I sent an email immediately letting them know about the error and called. They told me there was nothing they could do and to return it when it came.
