Bojangles — Restaurant in Stonecrest

PRICE GOUGING ALERT! BUYERS BEWARE! StoneCrest BoJangles should be ashamed of themselves. They are so overpriced compared to other locations. Snellville prices are lower, they are faster in service, and their order accuracy is 5 times better. All I wanted was 2 for $6 steak biscuits and 3 southern filets (just the chicken only no biscuits) they drive thru worker said $50. Yes you are reading right. When I questioned the price, she then came back with $34.75. I looked at her as if she was on fire. She then adjusted the price to $20. Why would she have to go through so many changes. The StoneCrest location have been price gouging customers for so long they are used to guest going along and paying. Because of my food intake complications, I can only eat a certain amount per meal. So mostly I only order proteins with scrambled eggs. My co-worker wanted steak biscuits. $20 wasn't bad (okay compared to McDonald's, that's horrible). I paid, and the drive thru worker asked me to pull forwards. After waiting 20 mins I went inside to get a refund. That was way too long to be waiting for 2 steak biscuits and 3 chicken filets. I was almost late for work by this point. I was at the window ordering at 8:30am. They Assistant Manager apologized and handed me a large bag. I asked why the bag so big. They wanted to offer me too much food to compensate. I only wanted 2 steak biscuits, a 3 mild chicken filets only. They tried to give me 6 steak biscuits, and 5 spicy chicken biscuits. My stomach can't handle spice, so I declined all the extra food. I just want what I ordered. I don't take more than I need. They finally gave me my order at 8:54am. This location is horribly ran. The owner operator is horrible for price gouging. I understand business, but DAMN that was bad! This location should be DOOMED TO FAIL with their business practices. I will just keep going to chick-fil-a up the street... They will not let you down. Better prices,...

RECENT ROACHES IN DRINK ..I went to this location. Doors were locked. It's drive thru only has never re-opened the inside since covid started. Ordered two wing dinners and a Pepsi. My daughter ate her food I was driving so I waited until I got home. I microwaved the food and prepared to transfer my Pepsi into a plastic cup with ice when I opened the top something was floating in my Pepsi. I poured some into the red cup and saw it was a wet ROACH holding on to the inside of the Bojangles cup. I called the store and a young guy answered saying he was the manager. I explained the situation and his comment was we try to keep the cups upside down so that doesn't happen. He offered me another soda. No Thanks let me speak with another manager. Another manager got on the phone. Don't remember her name but she had an accent. She said she was sorry and offered me a free drink and a meal. I said no just give me a refund. She said she would refund the soda I said I would like a full refund. I said I'll just call corporate. She said no ill refund you. I said I have one chicken meal and I will bring the soda back. She said ok. When I got there I had to wait in the drive thru. She took my card and asked me to pull over. She will bring my receipts. She came out gave me a refund for $4 not my full $20+ and said that was all she could do. The refund never even hit my bank account...

I went yesterday and bought 6 bo berry biscuits, the worker said it was a 5 min wait I ended up waiting 15 minutes. Then I also ordered 4 chickent wings since the lady said they were ready, those four wings cost $14.36 and I didn't realize that.. I called back and asked about it with a manager and they said that is the cost of the wings and acted like nothing was wrong with that pricing. I asked for a district manager they dont have one because it's a privately owned Bonjangles. I am very disappointed with the food, my wings were spicey and i dont eat spicy food, they were too expensive to even enjoy and the store manager were very unhelpful and acted like my complaints were bothersome and like 'oh well for you' did nothing to try to resolve the issues. Oh and by the way these price of these $14.00 wings was at breakfast time.... Not even lunch or dinner either way I'm sure I would have gotten better wings at JJ's. It goes without saying I will never be back at that Bojangles and I'm not sure about...
