My wife & I have been comin here for the last 2 weeks and the smoothies were awesome every visit. Came today by myself and order a Banana Boat add peanut butter no sugar. The mananger son made my smoothie wrong she stated he was in training if so she should have been right by his side making sure the order was taking correct. So she had to make the smoothie over and wanted me to pay an extra $1.06 for the peanut butter. I said I shouldn’t have to pay extra for a mistake that her son made. She said we don’t give out free products. It wasn’t about giving out free products you just gave free products away by having to remake the smoothie If she knew Great Customer Service she would have said Sir don’t worry about the extra cost for the peanut butter our mistake for the inconvenience of your time considering we have to remake your smoothie . She very well felt like I had free time to give away by waiting on her to remake the smoothie. I try to support black owned business in the community but for her to be petty over a scoop of peanut butter. You have lost out business forever Stonecrest Smoothie King. I’m so sick and tired of black folks taking everything so personal and unprofessional pertaining another black person having an issue such as today mistake with the smoothie thinking that we ( blacks) always trying to receive something for free and that wasn’t the issue at all .,,more customer service related. Read moreThis location is a complete disappointment from any SK location I've purchased from. I had a delivery to a friend that was NEVER delivered, but I got a text showing delivered. I ordered on the SK app. I called spoke with Vaugn(manager). He promised to look into this and call back shortly. Welp 24 hours later no call. I called, asked for the store manager. Was advised it's Ms. T and she would return my call the next morning. That didn't happen either. So I call, I actually heard the young lady that answered say "someone is on the phone for you", Ms. T says "ok". I was on hold 45 minutes before hanging up. The line remained busy for 1 hour. By the time I get through, Ms. T is gone for the day and I was told to call tomorrow! Really Smoothie King!? 1st, I ordered on your app. 2nd, there's a failure to honor your commitment to your customer. 3rd, I can't get my time back. 4th, y'all really just STOLE my money!!!
5 stars for the smoothies but 1star for customer service and the management. Went to buy 2 smoothies today because I was told they were all $5. The total the cashier said was $11.77. I'm thinking geesh the tax is $1.77. That's high. But I paid it and sat down. Upon looking at my receipt I realized one smoothie was $5 and one was $6. So I approached the manager who explained that that was the case because one of the smoothies was a power one. But explaining to her I asked for $5 smoothies and I should have been told that one I selected was $6 so I could've made a choice which one I wanted. The manager Celina was very rude, rolling her eyes, talking while I was trying to explain to her what went on. After she asked me what I wanted. I told her I wanted my $1 back. Well she bluntly answered NO. She never even apologized. I then spoke to the owner Ms Paige who defended her manager and neither apologized that her staff wasnt properly informed of the prices.
