I donât like to leave negative reviews but this was one of the worst experiences my wife and I have had at any restaurant. We walked in and asked if they offer breakfast sandwiches because it only showed lunch on the menu. The cashier Kanada said yes but the sign hasnât been flipped to show breakfast and she refused to do it so we had to look at the menu on our phone. After ordering, she made one of the two coffee drink and decided not to make the other. Instead she went on to put other customers in front of us to help out. After waiting 10 minutes for our food, I let her know we were still waiting on another drink and she gave a smug look and decided to ignore us. Finally another employee who was eating at a table instead of helping out decided to finally get up to assist. She looked at me and said âare you good?â I said we are waiting for another drink. She then with a smug and condescending way said again âare you good?â She then went on to make the wrong drink. I let her know this and she looked irritated and not apologetic. After finally getting the correct drink we left just to realize when opening my sandwich that it was made wrong. I went back into let the man who made it and he said okay one moment. It was supposed to be the steak and wake sandwich and they put sausage on instead. He decided to take the sausage patty off, use the rest of the sandwich, microwave the steak to heat up and pour the greasy steak on the sandwich. Meanwhile they were making other steak sandwiches the correct way for other people which was not microwaving the steak. At this point, we did not want to go in again worried they would purposely try to do something to the remake out of spite. The lack of friendliness, customer service and respect was truly disturbing and canât believe these people are still allowed to work there. People need to know this and I truly hope it makes others reconsider giving this place any business!
Oh and on the receipt it clearly says if the order isnât correct, they will make it right and throw in a complimentary treat. Yeah that was never offered and...

These guys deserve zero stars if only that was an option. I ordered 2 bagels online and went into the store to pick them up, I was greeted with rudeness because my order wasnât ready since âhow dare I to ask for it before itâs readyâ. Then it continues to my order being placed in a bag with my name on it and handed to me but I asked to slice the bagels open please. Lady did that for me but while she was doing it another person comes in complaining how she was supposed to get the same type of bagels and apparently they donât have them anymore so she was getting heated and requested to speak with manager who just happened to be there at the cashier explaining another misunderstanding, upsetting situation with 2 other clients. She jumped into this âcaseâ and quickly decided to give those bagels from my bag to the lady that was complaining. Without trying to explain anything to me or even considering to apologise she simply said to the workers ârefuse his orderâ! I obviously got upset, told them about this review coming up and left the store. While I was leaving, cashier started laughing hard at me, which I thought was going to be last of this nightmare experience but I was wrong. I called while I was driving back home to ask for refund for my order, the same manager picked up the phone and immediately recognised me âtwo bagels orderâ she said. Then she said that refund is not working so I would have to go back in the store to get it if I want to. I would never in my life step foot in that store again even if the refund was 1k. I have been to this cafe several times in the past and have ordered via the mobile app. My order is rarely ever ready. today Iď¸ observed another lady come in looking for her food and her food is done but everyone is busy so she has to wait for them to hand her, her bag that is ready which is located behind the counter. At least five times I have had to wait for my bagel to be toasted in the past. They had my order behind the counter and no one even takes the time to speak when you walk in the door so guess what wait on your food and for you to be acknowledged. Today I decided letâs not order online letâs just go in so I did I was finishing a phone call so I allowed the person behind me to go before me and the cashier had to make it order. I stood at the register while she was helping and the manager walked past and didnât say a word. Then he finally back tracked to see if i had been helped and Iď¸ replied no. The general manager Kevin I think is his name took my order and walked to put my bagel in the toaster then he walked away from about five ten minutes to cut up some fruit not saying give me a second to make it fresh or anything. I finally get to work and open my fruit cup and bagel and I think I am safe well I get half way done with my fruit cup and notice something on my grape I assume it might be some fruit droppings. No it was a bug alive and well on my fruit cup. I called customer service.
