Walked in and the sales associate barked at me that I needed to walk in “the other way”. She was using a clothing table to divide the entrance. I asked if they had fitting rooms, and she said “they’re closed”. Seeing as this store doesn’t give the opportunity to return items, the fitting rooms should be available during business hours. This is the most racist store. Charlotte Russe at the Southpark Mall Strongsville , Ohio. My stepdaughters are African American and as soon as they walked in the store they were being looked at funny and being profiled. Also I have a friend at work who is African American as well and she had a similar experience about being followed in the store like she was going to steal.
