FAKE SHOESSSS!!!! FAKE SHOESSSS!!!!

I would like to start by saying I ordered a real pair of wet cements off of the Nike Snkrs app the day they came out (with this being said I obviously know what a real pair looks like) me and my friend went to this store and my friend had bought a pair of the same wet cement 4s probably a week after they came out. I did not check out his shoes till I went home and oh my god were his shoes from Curated fake, THEY HAVE A NO REFUND POLICY lmao so he couldn’t even return the fake pair. Here is a photo of a real pair of shoes next to the fake pair of shoes they sold uswe got in contact with one of the stores employees on Snapchat in which they informed the boss of what was going on, the entire time we tried fixing the issue we were constantly being told these were real, we were told that all of their clothes came directly from Nike/Jordan. After 30 minutes of arguing we come to find out their shoes do not come from just Nike and Jordan as they also buy shoes off 2nd hand retailers such as Xhibition a shoe store in Cleveland. The shoes here are 100 percent fake we were even accused of swapping them out by the owner very unprofessional business and I will never shop here again for real sneakers highly dissapointing this level of unprofessionalism is at a public mall. 230 dollars by the way😭

Side note I wish I saved more screen shots. We never spoke with the owner directly he refused our contact information. The text messages below are between the employee and owner and every text message made in this complaint was always between the employee and manager there were several pictures of messages I did not save them because I didn’t think I’d even have to make this review I thought we could get this resolved

I’m really disappointed with the customer service I received. Even after spending lot of money i didn’t receive the service I expected. The experience felt frustrating and impersonal, and it’s not what I’d expect from a store like yours. So, i went to change the size for the shoes i literally got a day before and one guy was actually nice and he really knew what the problem was and tried to help me out but there’s the other guy who was really rude and he just said straight to the face these are worn …like seriously!!???
