Order a pair of boots from the store. The sales rep Devin was very helpful when we came into the store to look at the boot selection . They had to special order the boots because they did not have them in stock. It has been almost 6 weeks. I Stopped by the store once and have called 2 Times and was told that the owner would give me a call back with a status after she called the manufacture. I still have not received a call back. So this past weekend I called again the girl on the phone was very rude said they were too busy to help and that she would have the manager call me, she didn’t take my name or number and just hung up on me. I’m to the point that if they don’t value me as a paying customer then they can refund my money back, because at the very least they could have called me back as they stated they would with a status on my order. went in with a friend yesterday looking to buy motorcycle jackets not knowing much. we ended up buying lamb skin jackets which aren’t very good for protection just for style. we took them back the next day hoping to at least get a refund (keep in mind not their fault we’re dumb) and we were welcomed with happy faces and them pointing us to the right section. the woman working there was very nice and helped me try on jackets and find the ones i liked. ended up getting the jackets we liked with their help and they assured us we didn’t have to pay anything since our prices matched up with the original jackets. customer service was 10/10, they know what they’re doing and again the lady was very helpful and caring. definitely recommend for motorcyclists and/or anyone looking for very well made leather products for a...

I’m not sure where to begin… The Leather Company is incredible! I have purchased many pairs of western boots for myself at the Strongsville location. My husband and I purchased about 25 pairs of boots for our wedding party in 2022! The staff was absolutely amazing and so very helpful! John, the manager, worked with us closely and made sure all of the boots would arrive on time in the right sizes! Our sales associate, Chris, was so wonderful! He was instrumental in getting the job done and sized everyone accurately, which was not an easy job! Chris even sent us a beautiful bouquet of flowers during our rehearsal dinner that brought tears to my eyes! We cannot recommend this store enough for any of your leather and boot needs!
