The rudest service ever !!! I have shopped here for at least 11 years . I asked for 2 pair of Hoka . 1 black 1 white They refused!!. The person next to me was dealing with another person she asked for the same thing from a different guy and he brought her 2 sizes in 2 different colors also. But the person helping me said NO. So im waiting for the guy to come back with the black ones and a very tall guy Traylor was his name. Said what did you want I said I want to compare the black and the white and the 2 sizes. He said NO . I will only bring you 1 shoe they are the same. I said but they are different color I want to compare. By looking in mirror at which one looks best. So he took the white one said where is the pad that goes in the shoe i started to show him , he wiped them out of my hand. And started being VERY aggressive started to yell saying you are not going to tell me blah blah. Then went in the back. I waited for 10 minutes and he never brought out the black ones. I went to check out area and asked for a manager, because now I didn’t feel safe at the running shoe area and he refused to bring out the running shoe. Andrea the manager came and went with me to go back to the area and help me because now I was not feeling safe being over there by myself. I was talking to the girl she asked me what I thought because I had them on I came into store with my old ones on. We were talking about the Hoka running shoe I said they are a good running shoe. Read moreI came to this store for the first time. Many of the associates were kind and greeted me, and asked if we needed assistance. But the reason for my rating above, is because one of the associates a young Caucasian man name James who appears to work in the shoe department, or that’s where I noticed him, when I was asking for help. When I was trying to ask a question, he rudely said I’m helping someone at the time, and darted off quickly. VERY!!!VERY!!! RUDE YOUNG MAN!👎 I have worked in retail, and we watched films on the right way to treat customer, and the vibe you give off, based on your response. He could have easily said, I’m sorry I have a customer, at the time, but I will be with your shortly, or let me see if I can get someone else to assist you. He showed me he just didn’t want to help at all. So I noticed when it appeared he wasn’t helping anyone at the time, but just walking around. When coming towards him, to see if he is available to assist me, he hurriedly rushed off out of sight. This kind of associate will destroy the business at your location, if he is not coached and corrected on that kind of behavior. Read moreI forgot when it was my first time coming to this Dick's store or any Dick's stores in general but it was horrible! I was returning an item and yes, I was able to return it. However, it was a hassle dealing with customer service or asking for help from any of the associates. I did not see the quality within any of the store associates when I was walking around. There are clothes such as t-shirt and shorts in few places in the store laying around, while a couple of associates were chatting and laughing with their co-workers.
The customer service is a bit off to be honest, the way they greet customers is not like the average store associate... In almost all the store associate, when you ask them a question, they give this frustration, annoyed, irritating face or look in return. I would give them two stars because the store was some-what organized yet it needs improvement with the customer service employees are giving out. I think I won't shop with Dick's ever again because I've been getting negative vibes with every Dick's store I pass by because of my experience...
