Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Sulphur Springs

This location is the worst. We ordered on door dash. With fees, it was $84 for our family of 7. We had 2 of the chicken-and-tater sandwiches, a spicy chicken sandwich, a chicken strip meal, an order of curly fries, and one mega box for $25 that had 45 mini tacos, 30 nuggets, and curly fries. When our order got to us, the box had 10 jalapeno poppers, curly fries, and regular fries. I have called there three times and sent a new door dash order to get the right box, and they told her they don't sell that box so they can't guarantee what's in it. The manager/workers have been incredibly rude to our second door dasher, and they refused to give us any chicken nuggets unless we called to pay for them, which they will not answer the phone at all. My door dash driver ordered and paid for my daughter some chicken nuggets and the location will not take them out to her but is sending other orders out. We will never be door dashing from here again, or ordering from Jack in the Box in...

I stopped in for breakfast approximately 6:45 a.m. on a Tuesday morning it was about 33° outside and even colder on the inside I was looking for a breakfast menu and saw nothing but a lunch menu so I asked about breakfast and the lady behind the counter got an attitude with me because I asked what they had for breakfast I will not go into all the details about the breakfast conversation we had but needless to say I will not be back although I did order a croissant and sausage but yet when I received it through the drive-thru window which is the only place I found a breakfast menu it had egg and cheese on their which I did not order but yet I'm sure I paid for and the food was more or less tossed out the window to me. The only reason I actually ate the food was because I sit there in the Drive-Thru watching the lady with the attitude towards me not prepare my food. I will not go back nor would I advise anyone...

I need for someone in corporate office to contact me to much to write seriously the amount of rudeness from management this has been going on for a while and it's not just us I know alot of people who won't even go back there for a lot of reasons!!!!!! I am so upset that my husband first off was treated that way and second off he went without his food it's shameful I won't ever spend my money at a place like this again there are so many other places that I can enjoy and spend my money I know your thinking oh this is just 1 review yes it is but word of mouth is everything in a business grows with great workers if corporate cares they will fix the problem if they don't then my opinion is this is the rudest place iv ever experience I honestly hope corporate reads this dose something again I'd love for someone from corporate to contact me iv got more to say about this situation...
