Don't waste your time and money. We purchased a sofa, washer and dryer and have had nothing but problems from day one. Our sectional sofa has had to be repaired twice due to the cheap quality as well as two different sections have had to be completely replaced. Four visits in less than a year for just the sofa, and the amount of time it took them to get out here each time was ridiculous. So the washing machine has also had to be repaired because it stopped spinning. The dryer has been a nightmare, first about mid June I smelled smoke from my laundry room to discover smoke billowing out from the dryer. It took them over a week to bring us a loaner dryer while repairing ours, now the first loaner dryer was actually already broken when they brought it so they had to bring us a second loaner, it took them 4 additional days to bring it that's almost two weeks without a dryer and you better believe they still expected to get their payments. So we actually had the loaner dryer until today August 24th, today our dryer was delivered, I had no idea they would be coming today not a big deal except I have to rearrange my kitchen and laundry room each time they come, and I was actually using the dryer so of course I had to empty the dryer and the sweaty delivery guy actually reached in and started removing my clothes! Are you kidding me, don't touch my clothes, how rude can you be! Well the delivery person did not hook up the vent hose, of course I did not know this, it was hooked up showed me it "worked" and left. Only problem is IT DOESN'T WORK. I put my wet clothes in the dryer selected the settings and left the house for 3 hours. I came home to discover the dryer still running and all the heat and moisture has filled the laundry room, kitchen and living room, everything was wet, my counter tops, walls, floors everything! On top of that my clothes that had been in there for 3 hours were wet and super hot, the knob never even moved through the dry cycle and because it was just hot wet air my clothes smell as though they have been sitting wet for a week! Read moreI originally gave them 1 star but after posting this and sending an email the regional manager contacted me apologized on behalf of the store and resolved my issues as well as getting my refund and she will be addressing the workers there. My communication with her and resolution bought my stars up from 1 to 4........ if the new manager at this location take note from the regional manager and have empathy when addressing customers the store will be in great hands! .........I recently did a purchase and when it was delivered i noticed that the living room set wasn't what I expected it to be, i immediately asked the delivery guys to please take it back they asked me to call the store even though they was still there. When i called the store they had an attitude with me when I told them it wasnt what i expected based on the pictures i was shown and wanted to return it and the delivery guys were outside, they told me I would not be able to return and had to wait a whole week before someone picked it up. The manager even said to me ,"didn't you see the pictures of the furniture " real rude to me when I told her it wasn't what i expected and even made me explain why. I will not be using this store again and I just believe they want to charge me. I was already given misinformation like i was told that i had to signup for automatic payments before i got my delivery and i know that to be false since I had leased furniture from aarons before. I really want someone to please contact me and I want this furniture out of my place asap and i want a full refund of all my money. Read moreHorrible experience...AT FIRST but quickly resolved! Initially had a delivery date and time scheduled so we packed up our old stuff and dropped it off at a donation center. The delivery time had come and gone so i called the store to verify they were still coming. Was assured they were but were running behind. No problem. 3 hours go by, still no delivery. I call back and was told i was scheduled for another delivery date that I was never scheduled for a delivery on that day. So here we are, nothing in our bedroom and no new bedroom suit. I was livid to say the least. Then the strangest thing happened. One of the Managers actually got on the phone and told me HE made a mistake and was very sorry. He did something nearly no other business has done. He admitted a mistake, took responsibility for the screw up and was adamant about fixing it. Needless to say, I was blown away. Everyone makes mistakes, I know that. So this Manager came out with another employee, AFTER THE BUSINESS HAD CLOSED, and delivered our stuff. Apologizing again to us for the mix up.
