Very disappointed in the repair. Was charged $232 for screen replacement and when I got the phone back there was glass fragments in the camera where they did not a clean the interior of all loose objects. Then two weeks later when i go to have service cut back on the screen turns black an did not turn back on. I return the p tohone an they claim they are not responsible due to major scratches an damage on the screen, yet this is my first time using the phone to activate. Yes there uwere a few minor scratches from it sitting in my center console but no major damages. They gave me the owners number an she says they will pay half ($80) towards the repairs an I was not happy an threatened with a lawyer. Also how is $80 half of $232. So after threatening with lawyer the owner did not have the audacit seey to call, she texts me an says they will pay for the new repairs. Well i take the phone back for another screen replacement an a week later on friday get the phone back . By Sunday the phones screen goes black again. So I call the office an they said I would have to wait 2 weeks for manager to get back from West Ashley store a which is only 30 min away. So I text the owner an did not get a response so I called her an left a message. Well after two hours I called her back to back to back an she ignores my call. I can tell when a call is iignored because it rang 5-7 times then vmail, well on second it went to vmail two calls in a row. And it's been 4 days an have not heard back anything. So I'm starting to assume I got scammed out of $232. This pltace tis vyery unprofessional an I do not believe the workers have the proper training on how to repair cell phones. Being that the owner ignored my text, calls an v-mail I don't feel she should have a business with the professionalism she portrays, an not to forget taking my $232 an now will not answer or return calls. Read moreI would stay far, far away from this business. There are MANY other locations in the Charleston area where you can go to get a phone fixed that is more likely to yield positive results. They rendered the Touch ID on my phone useless while replacing my screen and the owner tried to justify it by saying “well, your phone is worth more now with a non cracked screen than it was with a working Touch ID so you can go trade it in and get more for it.” As a business owner in the community, I would not even THINK of minimizing a mistake my company made in such a way. What if I wanted my screen to be clear of cracks AND my Touch ID to work? 🤔 that’s a thought. The owner of the Summerville, Mt. Pleasant, and West Ashley store is very unpleasant and to be completely honest, I would be embarrassed to operate my business the way she does. Do yourself a favor and look anywhere else to get your phone fixed or to get accessories for your phone! You’d probably even save money going directly to your carrier/provider. That’s something I wish I had looked into now that I know what I know about the lack of professionalism and knowledge of the owner and business as a whole. They also have a corporate office who was 100% unhelpful in this process. They just said “with this being a franchise, all issues must be dealt with at the store level” and refused to respond to further attempts at communication. Honestly if corporate isn’t even worried about the business their franchises are doing in the community...

I took my iPad Air in Saturday, July 23rd. They did have the right screen and I was told that it would be ready Monday. When I went to pick it up, it asked for a passcode. I have never had a passcode. The technician tell that it was my fault that they do not add passcodes. I ask him 4 times why there was a passcode. He the phone and told me he would work. The next day he said that I would need to take it to Apple Store in Charleston. The Apple Store could do nothing. On the way back from Charleston, I call the store and asked did they have anyone iPads in Saturday. They had one. I ask to call the person to see if he had my phone.
I called Apple Customer Support and found out that the Serial number on the iPad was another customer's. I got a call from the store saying that they had given my iPad to another person. The iPad was in Charlotte, NC.
I got my iPad after 12 days only to find they put a Black Sheet instead of the White Screen.
IF YOU USE THESE PEOPLE, MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE YOUR SERIAL NUMBER. THEY DO NOT CARE WHO THEY GIVE THE DEVICE SINCE THEY COLLECT THE MONEY UPFRONT.
I WAS WITHOUT MY iPad 12 DAYS. THEY WOULD LISTEN WHEN I TOLD THEM 4 TIMES THAT I DID PASSCODE MY DEVICE. THEY SENT MY iPad OUT OF STATE THEY PUT THE WRONG SCREEN ON THE iPad I HAD TO GO TO THE APPLE STORE I HAD TO SHOW THEM THAT THE DEVICE WAS SOME ELSE AND ALL I GET IS I AM...
