Experience had been “ok” until it was time to have my debonding appointment. I had discussed with the doctor that my next visit was when I would have Invisalign taken off, and after waiting 5 weeks for that appointment I went in and was told my appointment was booked incorrectly for a 15 minute spot and I needed to come back in again and be booked for a longer appointment. I was there for all of 5 minutes and lost time/pay at work and no apology from the staff. I was rescheduled for 2 days later. I received a text the night before that my appointment was cancelled due to the air conditioner being broken and to call them to reschedule. They pushed my appointment out 2 weeks and said they don’t have a wait list but I’m welcome to call back. I called back quite a few times asking for a sooner appointment to which they couldn’t accommodate me. I understand things happen out of a practices control but as someone who also works in healthcare we do our best to work with patients when they are inconvenienced. I had to miss more time at work during a busy clinic (because of course the only appt they had was in the middle of the day) and if I didn’t take it I would have to wait another 2 weeks....

This was a place that was recommended highly to me and I can see why. From the initial call to my present scheduled visits, I have been treated like a valued customer. Those that have braces understand that at times it can be a painful process or can create different types of uncomfortable situations. Through my experience, the staff has been patient, kind, knowledgeable, and at times way more accommodating than expected. I am pleased with my decision and I wholeheartedly recommend this practice to anyone with orthodontic needs in the Tri-county area .

Update: 7/17/21 The staff has gotten better than the initial AWESOME rating ghat I gave them 8 months ago. From check in to service. It has been a truly pleasure to work with this group of individuals. They make the process smooth and very informative and they are sensitive to the customers needs and are accommodating even when emergencies arise. I can truly say that I made the BEST choice in selecting them as my orthodontist and I give an A++++++++ rating to this entire Corp of...

I got my braces removed in 2022, at the time of removal I was issued 2 sets of removal able retainers which neither fit because of the way “the roof of my mouth was shaped “. I was told nothing could be done by Dr.Patel because of how my mouth was shaped . I was then left with just the permanent retainers . Those only retain the teeth they are glued too. After the 1st or 2nd repair of my permanent retainers a few months later I was asked about the removable retainers I reminded dr. Patel what he told me about the roof of my mouth shape he then says that could have been fixed (months later after my teeth have already shifted) offers to remake the retainers with whatever new system they have . They remade the retainers to match my new shifted teeth . I just feel like I’ve wasted money on braces all the years just to Still not be satisfied with my teeth 3 years later I’m still dealing with broken retainers that I now have to wait days just maybe weeks...
