I'm generally a forgiving person when it comes to food service because I know it can be a tough jobâ I was a server for several yearsâ this location had the most terrible service I have ever received. I'm writing this review after four lunch visits over the past three weeks. I was reluctant to give up on them because I really loved them the first time I lived here, but now that I've moved back it seems they've gone downhill. After we were seated each time, we waited 10-15 minutes to be greeted by a server. By greeted, I mean a curt, "What do you wanna drink?" No name or "hello" or anything of the sort. Drinks will take another 10 minutes to show up even though the restaurant is virtually empty, and then each of servers put the drinks on the table as he/she walked by, not stopping to ask if we wanted to order. Once you finally manage to order, the food usually shows up pretty quicklyâ surprising, to say the least, but it's the only redeeming quality.Now that you have your food, don't expect to see your server again. He/she has magically disappeared. You'll have to flag someone down if something is wrong or if you'd like your check, and then you'll be glared at as if your existence is a terrible inconvenience. At the pay counter, assuming you don't have to ask for the check multiple times, especially as it's often incorrect the first time, you'll spend another 10 minutes waiting to cash outâ even if you're the only one waiting. Needless to say, my patience has worn thin and in spite of my fond memories from six years ago, I will not be returning. I recommend not wasting your time on food that is decent at best. Again, I don't normally like to write bad reviews because of my familiarity with the job, and my tendency to give the benefit of the doubt, but service here is consistently terrible. The servers are slow, inconsiderate, and rude. And as a fair warning, one more thing: you probably won't know who your server is anyway because they don't seem to know either and will have to argue...
   Read moreI called to place an order on August 4th 2022 of my normal dish which is the shrimp nachos , The lady in the picture below which refused to give me her name was extremely rude .. when placing my order she provided with a price which wasnât what I normally pay when I place my order . i asked her if the price changed because I order it all the time and I was there just last week , she said no .. I told her I would still like to place my order but that I would bring my receipt from last week so i could show her the price , she told me no thank you , she said that she wasnât taking my order , I asked her for her name and she stated she wasnât obligated to give it to me, I asked to speak with a manager and she said she was the manager and hung up. I still went to the restaurant.. she hid in the back ..the other waitress that night were so nice even offered to make my nachos free of charge, but i didnât even want it anymore , I wanted to speak with a manger . I then spoke with the young lady below ( didnât know it was her who i spoke to over the phone) explained my issue and asked for her name and she then says she wasnât giving it to me so i snapped a picture! AFTER MY EXPERIENCE TODAY I MAY RETHINK EVER GOING AGAIN. I HAD A SERVER TODAY, CARJERO, WHO GAVE ME THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVERY HAD! I HAD TO GET UP THREE TIMES, IN ORDER TO ASK SOMEONE TO FIND HIM TO COME TO MY TABLE, TWO SEPARATE TIMES THAT I HAD TO FIND HIM, I FOUND HIM ON HIS PHONE SITTING BY THE REGISTER. THE RESTAURANT WAS COMPLETELY EMPTY EXCEPT FOR THE THREE OTHER TABLES WITH ONE PERSON. SO THEY WERE NOT BUSY. I ORDERED AN EXTRA LARGE CHEESE DIP AND CARJERO BROUGHT OUT THE DIP WITH NO CHIPS, WHEN I ASKED FOR CHIPS THE THEN SAYS THAT HE AS TO CHARGE ME EXTRA, THIS IS AFTER HE NEVER ONCE REFILLED MY DRINK, AND NEVER ONCE CHECKED TO SEE IF MY FOOD WAS OK. AFTER I HAVE TO FIND HIM FOR THE THIRD TIME IN ORDER TO GET BOXES, A REFILL ON MY DRINK, AND THE CHECK, I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER AND WAS TOLD THAT HE WAS ON BREAK. I THEN ASKED THEM IF THE MANAGER WAS IN THE RESTAURANT AND THEY SAID YES, BUT HE IS ON BREAK. I FINALLY ASKED IF THEY WOULD GO, AND LET HIM KNOW THAT I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE FROM MANANGMENT, THEY THEN SEND OUT THIS YOUNG MAN (NOT THE MANAGER) TO TELL ME AGAIN THAT THE MANAGER IS ON BREAK.
