What a huge disappointment. Horrible customer service. I ordered on 8/6 for an 8/7 delivery. should have been a beautiful bouquet for a special lady I recieved a phone call at 9:30 am on the seventh saying they weren’t going to deliver my order because they were to busy with a garden party and that they put it on there website that morning. If im able to place an order the day before through their websit i feel they should honor it and deliver my order. Only offering to deliver it a day late and not even a discount i feel is unexceptable.
