I came here a few months back for pizza. As I'm ordering my food, I made small talk with the new kid working behind the counter. I sit down to wait for my order and I see a young man with a service dog come in. As he's putting in his order, the older guy working there (someone who I've seen there for years) tells this man to go wait outside for his pizza. The man with the dog starts to explain that he has a health condition and he's allowed to bring a service dog in with him. Keep in mind that this is a warm month, the door to the restaurant is wide open and the place has a handful of people in it, so it's not as if the dog will be a huge bother. I see this older guy arguing with this young man, going back and forth about how he should wait outside. And then this happens, which is just so disgusting. The young kid behind the counter tries to remedy the situation and offers the man with the dog a seat closest to the counter, and I turn and see the other seasoned worker making this face to him like, don't even bother. Disgusted by all of this unfolding in front of me, I get up to use the bathroom. When I come back, the guy with the dog is sitting next to my seat, all the way in the back against the wall. When I engage with him and ask about his dog, he apologizes and gets up to move. I tell him he's fine where he is and I just want to talk to him. At this point I feel so bad for the guy because he clearly feels completely unwelcome in this place. We chat, he tells me has a form of narcolepsy which is why he has a service dog, and he tells me he often has to deal with people treating him this way. After all of this happened, I vowed to never come back here again. I've been coming here for years, always loved the food, was friends with Edwin, so to see someone working here, a seasoned worker, who is so arrogant, so unemphatic and so discriminatory, while a 19 year old kid (!!!) working the counter has the maturity and compassion to try and do right by this young man (and still get shot down for his efforts) was...

The menu is expansive, there is so much more than just pizza…which I might add is also amazing…I frequent this establishment because the food is amazing, the portions are huge, the price is right and an amazing added bonus is the phenomenal service! I’ll keep you updated as I make my way through the menu, but for now here are a few of my favorite things!!!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Chicken & Broccoli Rabe - it’s not available everyday but when they have it, I always say this is the BEST broccoli rabe I’ve ever had. My friend Max said it’s because it’s fresh…I say give me more.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Trattoria Salad - I love to try new things…So I tried this salad and learned I love fennel. This arugula based salad stars fresh fennel and when I order I ask for their grilled shrimp to be the co-star! It’s a perfect paring give it a try, you won’t regret it.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Pizza on Fridays - my favorite day for pizza is Friday! On Fridays I love to order the ‘seafood’ pizza options…not sure if that’s what it’s called but they have a calamari slice and a shrimp scampi slice that put meaning to TGIF! Trust me on this one, try new things!
Oh and always ask what kind of soup they have…if they have you’re favorite get two and thank me...
Read moreI eat here so often I should be on a meal plan like in college! Always fresh, especially the salads, and the sauce are made fresh there everyday...biggest pot I have ever seen. The pizza bread that is available after 4 pm makes an awesome sandwich.. great menu with appetizers. Very casual and comfortable but just as good as a white table cloth resturant..
I recommend trying their main courses that you can split, they are that big....or take half home for lunch the next day.
This is not just a pizza parlor... the fish, shrimp, chicken, veal, mussels and the pasta are very, very good. Chicken fingers and mozzarella stick are something kids just love and I have one who is a very picky eater
Most of all Louie, Nigel, Edwin and Edward all make you feel like you just walked into the bar Cheers on TV and yell out your name as you come in. The cooks in the back and the person who spreads out the bread and very hard works and know what they are doing.
Oh and did I mention the wonderful chicken soup. Heavy on the chicken they roast right there and loads of vegetables!
No delivery they are too busy. Large trays are available for parties. No dessert but who has...
