John Hyatt — Local services in Summit

Came across this establishment a couple of months ago while walking through town. Once inside we were welcomed by Tom the owner. I was immediately impressed by the reception and the superlative inventory of high quality men's wear. Tom's store is a throwback to the days of the intimate authentic men's haberdashery. A concept that has been abandoned over the years especially in today's era of impersonal cyber shopping. Tom and his staff are extremely knowledgeable of their products, always have ample inventory available and personally work with you to find the right fit and look. Too few businesses exercise that amount of caring for their clientele. Needless to say have made several purchases since first visit. You need to check this store out and support local small business.

PS, their association with a local tailor makes alterations easy...

Just want to throw a shout out to the John Hyatt Men’s clothing store in Summit NJ. I stopped in for some needed corduroy and chino’s. I was so pleasantly surprised of the incredible service and choices of great men’s clothing. No high pressure(like at the Mall), you felt like you were at one of those small town shopping experiences you just get anymore. Thomas and Marty really care and their choice of clothes is fabulous.
